Hi,

I am going to be working at a summer camp this year and as it is in southern Missouri, the terrain is very rocky. I need a shoe that doesn't look like a big ol' hiking boot but still can hold up. I won't be doing anything intense, just walking, but it takes quite a toll on some shoes.

I was looking at some Tevas, especially the Fuse-ion (there's a lake there too).

I have a TI-84, and now when I do distributions (Normal, Binomial, etc), I have to remember the order of the numbers to put inside the parenthesis, such as the mean, standard deviation. My professor told me that there's a way to set up "menus" on the calculator that would ask for those numbers by name, making it easier. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I deleted my Facebook a long time ago because of this, and I didn't think it was any big loss. But now I kind of miss knowing what my friends back home are up to, as well as my family. My girlfriend says if I want Facebook, why can't I start a new one and not add any of my friends that are girls?

I could do that, but I don't like that idea because it feels like she's controlling me. She said that no girl would be okay with their boyfriend having 80% female friends on Facebook.

I wouldn't have a problem deleting some, as there are many that I never see our probably will ever see again. But if I delete a few, my girlfriends would wonder why I didn't delete the others.

This isn't the only area she's jealous in, but I need a second opinion. Is that normal? Is it wrong for me to want Facebook without deleting every female friend? I am willing to assess my own motivations, but I am not interested in anyone but my girlfriend and I've never even come close to cheating on her, and I never will.

My girlfriend is amazing and I love her so much. There's just one thing: She's extremely jealous.

It's hard for me to know what's normal because I haven't dated much. I haven't been the best boyfriend, either.

Early on, she didn't seem to care that I talked to girls (strictly as friends-I think of flirting as cheating and told her that early on) once in a while but now that it's been over 6 months I know how she actually feels. I should mention that I'm going to college four hours away and only get to see her every couple of weeks. Here are some things that she does that make me think she's extremely jealous:

1. Texts me constantly and if I take more than a minute, she asks why it took so long (every time)

2. Asked that I don't watch my favorite show, Modern Family, because she thinks the girls on there are attractive. I agreed but she asks me every week if I've watched it

3. When we go somewhere, she constantly watches my eyes to see where I'm looking and is in a terrible mood if she thinks I even glanced in a girl's direction

4. Asks that I tell her every girl I look at via text message (not checked out, just "looked at") and if I thought they were attractive

5. Asked why I have my ex-girlfriend on Facebook, and then why I have any girls as friends on Facebook at all if I don't talk to them (I finally deleted it)

6. I asked if she was okay with me having girls who are friends and she most definitely isn't. At all. She says that I'll "joke around" with them even if I'm not flirting or check them out. When I asked, she was highly suspicious and thought that I wanted girls as friends

7. If I say I'm going to the store, she times me and if I take longer, she asks why it took so long and thinks that I stopped and talked to someone

8. I tell her I don't check girls out (and honestly, even when we're apart, I don't) but she doesn't believe me

9. Sometimes asks to see my phone, most recently saying that if I didn't, it was over (I resisted at first, asking her to trust me, but eventually I showed her and there was nothing)

10. If I want to study somewhere besides my room, like the cafeteria when no one's there or the library, she asks why I want to go there. I said once I wanted to go the campus store for some tissues and she asked why I couldn't just use toilet paper instead of going there

11. Accuses me of checking out my female cousins when we've been together (ew)

That's probably enough, you get the idea. I have complied with every one of her requests. That's probably not right, but I did. I was the one who offered to stop watching Modern Family, and I have. I've never had a real girlfriend before her. I would never, ever cheat on her. Ever.

Is it normal to have to tell her every little thing? Because if I miss something or forget one thing, she gets very angry and hurt and she loses more trust for me. I don't go to social events here because she'd worry. I don't eat at meal times because there are more people there and I usually get my food to go and eat in my room, alone. I've tried to accommodate her jealousy because she can't help it. I tell her she's beautiful and gorgeous regularly. And she is.

Yesterday she saw a picture of me with a girl on Instagram, which I had told her about. She said that I looked too happy in that photo and was very angry even though I told her about it at the time and that I had smiled and that I don't like the girl in the photo (I really don't).

She has found purely platonic texts to girls on my phone before that I hid because I was afraid for her to find out. But they weren't conversations, just greetings or a question. I've also deleted messages before she could see them because I didn't want her to find out. But if she asks me, I tell her the truth and it's very suspicious that I deleted them. I deleted all the girls from my phone and that seemed to make her feel better at the time, but that was a while ago and it hasn't got better. Any advice?

Alright, here's the deal. I'm about to start P90X but I don't want to lose weight, I want to gain some muscle. I'm 5'11, 164 pounds, 20 yrs. old. My BMR is 2568 as far as I can tell. I don't do any real exercise at the moment, but I work at a restaurant and am on my feet most of the day.

Anyway, I'm a real n00b at this calorie counting stuff and need to know:

Did I calculate right? I chose "light exercise" on the calculator at http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calcul... Or do I need to select "heavy exercise" because I'll be starting P90x?

Next, do I need to add the amount of calories I burn per workout to that amount so that I maintain my weight (adding calories to gain is another story)? Or do I just shoot for that number?

And finally, if I do need to add, how do I found out how many calories I am burning? Something with my heart rate I'm assuming.

I have been assigned an 800 word paper in my English class in which I have to write an argumentative essay in the form of a letter to the editor. It has to be arguable (a lot of people could argue against it), and I have to prove my point of view with evidence. The big thing is that it has to be about something relevant to my community, a rural town in Mid-Missouri.

My problem is that I've never read a letter to an editor, and I have no idea about anything that's going on in my community. I've never cared, to be honest. How can I find something to write about?

Hi. I know there have been a lot of questions already about good hosting sites, but I'm looking for something much simpler. I want to set up a kind of viral thing, where links will take you to another website with a clue to another site and stuff like that.

So I just want simple little sites with just a picture or a few words and just a few other little things. For pictures I could use photobucket with a link to the direct url, I know, but there are other things I want to do. Any ideas?

WI have the original World of Warcraft, with no expansions. I hadn't played for so long, and I recently re-installed it. Needless to say, I need a lot of patches. My internet isn't all that fast, and I'd really like to play it ASAP.

Right now it's downloading patch 2.4.0

So will I need more? I wasn't sure if the other patches are for the expansions or something. If they are, I'll have my friend download them, because he has faster internet. Anyway, that's it. Thanks.

I ask because there have been girls who have said (not that I brought it up, lol) that they're ugly. But some have actually asked to see mine, or see me masturbate. But not just teen girls, some women have too, like ages 28-35. I'm 18 now.

I am really frustrated. Anytime I type in "myspace.com" or use the link in my bookmarks, it takes me to myspace mobile. What the heck? And on that site, it says,

I click "there" but it just redirects me right back to myspace mobile, even though it used to take me to the normal myspace. I haven't done anything different, so why is it doing this to me?!?!!?!

Well it's Halloween, and I would really like to get some scary movies for Halloween. But I'm really not into violence or gore. Are there any movies (even rated R) that have creepy and dark overtones, without being violent?

The can be a bit violent, but not as much as SAW or anything. Also preferred is no ghost stories. I know that narrows it down a lot, but yeah. No real ghosts. Any suggestions? Thanks!

2. Need artist name and date of drawing

3. Drawing must not be based on color

My laptop is about a year old. It's an Acer Aspire 3680, and it overheats pretty badly. The exhaust is VERY hot, and you can feel the heat by just hovering your hand about a quarter of an inch over the keyboard.

The touchpad is hot too, and the cursor lags when it gets too hot. I have a chill mat, and this keeps the temperature down considerably, but before I had it, a sticker on the bottom of the notebook even melted off!

I have cleared the intake grids of dust, using a Q-tip. And it didn't help.

Any ideas?

OK, I have a computer, but I was wondering... is there a device to record television onto an SD card? I had a camera that did that, but the quality was bad, and it broke. So, anyone know of anything? Thanks.
