  • What if Cincinnati bought the Bengals from the Brown family?

    The Green Bay Packers are owned by a non-profit organization. I figure that a committee from City Council could do a better job than Mike Brown, and it could possibly reduce our $50 Million deficit. We could find someone to run it who defines success as "winning" and not "making a profit." The NFL guarantees that whoever owns a franchise makes money. It is probably pejorative to label that as socialist.

    Cincinnati has had Mike Brown, Dave Shula and Pete Rose Jr. We have proved that the ability to manage, coach or play professional sports is not necessarily genetically transmitted.

  • Why can't I view my own profile on Yahoo! Answers?

    As soon as I posted the question, "My Profile" worked fine. When I deleted the question, "My Profile" went away again. The tray at the bottom of the screen simply says "Done."

    If you [a cat] stare at a person long enough, she will do what you want her to.

    If your head is under the sofa and your body is not, nobody can see you because you can't see them.

    If you make yourself as small and low to the ground as you can, when you creep along the floor, it will be difficult to see you.
