I'm hosting an Arkham Asylum costume party for Halloween and even though it's a ways off, I want to plan ahead. The idea is to have all the guests show up to the party (Arkham Asylum) as villains from the Batman comics, and that no heroes are allowed. It's meant to be a party for (nerdy) high schoolers, and I'm having some issues coming up with games, decorations, snacks, ect.

I'll be Harley Quinn for the evening, and was thinking I could organize the event based of that, but I'm having trouble coming up with anything beyond red velvet cupcakes and spray painting old-fashioned portraits to hang.

Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome, thanks.

I've been playing for a little more than a year and would like to learn how to play songs that are fun but challenging.

Some songs that I can already play that are fun are Toy Boy by Stuck in the Sound, Thank You For The Venom by My Chemical Romance, and Holiday in Cambodia by Dead Kennedys, but they're pretty simple.

Songs that are by similar artists or that are similar in style, fun to play and a little challenging would be great, thanks.

Just like the question says, I'm curious about how the adoption process would work for a woman in the US who wants to adopt a specific child (who lives in the same area as her). Said child has a criminal record, if that changes anything.

I'm not looking for songs like Creep by Radiohead or Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes, I know them and I'm looking for songs that are more challenging. Not Red Hot Chilli Peppers challenging, just songs that are fun to play and a little difficult.

I really like My Chemical Romance, Blue October, Gorillaz, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy and OK Go, so something related or in the same genre(s) is great. Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to tell if this girl I know likes me even though she's only ever admitted to being "bi-curious at best." We met about 7 months ago at an art class, now we work together and I've only got a few reasons why I think she might like me back.

1. Up until a few weeks ago, she had never ever worn high heels around me, but she's started to wear them every now and again, as well as v-necks and make-up. (She's a big tom-boy.)

2. We attended a party the other night and she practically raced to hug and greet me (But I was pretty much the only one she knew there.) and since there weren't enough seats, she just decided she would sit on my lap for most of the party. I still think this is because I was the only person she knew at the party and she's okay with me by now.

3. She'll occasionally ask me to draw stuff for her to keep and will often fawn over them when they're just silly ink doodles on receipts or any blank surface I can get my hands on at the time.

I know this seems silly, but whenever I try to bring stuff like relationships up in conversation, she changes the subject without fail. It confuses me so much, I just need a second opinion.

It's just for a story, so I was looking for some cool names for it. In the story, it's an average place in Seattle run by a cool asian chick named Dani and it occasionally has local bands play.

Any ideas?

One of my closer friends came to class (high school) a few days ago constantly covering up her forehead and telling me not to talk to her. I asked what happened, she said that her ex had burned her with a cigarette for breaking up with him, and that I should just not let it bother me. The ex's dad's a cop, so she feels like whatever she tries to do to get him back will be useless. I'm not sure she's telling the truth because she has lied to me before, but only twice; either way, it's still there and it's still unnerving.

What would you do? Who would you tell?

I have an older iPhone that has been jailbroken since mid-June of this year, and it's been working just fine, everything in top shape. However- recently, it's not been able to get service or access the internet. This problem only happens when the iPhone is off it's charger. I have T-Mobile and use a sim card for all of my contacts and other data.

How do I solve the problem of my phone not getting service? Is it possible without restoring the phone and re-jailbreaking it?

As an art project, I'm painting a pair of high-tops with logos from and refrences to Superman. I already have a Daily Planet, Superman and LexCorp logo on them, as well as a Supergirl logo. One shoe has Superman, the other has Supergirl.

Main question; What else should I paint on the shoes? I'm looking for comic book refrences (from Superman *and* Supergirl) or anything having to do with the theme. Thanks in advance.

Just a little poll of sorts. As a bassist, do you finger pick or do you not?

(Note; I know it sometimes depends on the song, but I'm talking in general.)

Your suggestions for someone who loves bands like My Chemical Romance, Gorillaz, Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy- anything with a sort of macrabe, "Punk" (as in "F--k what the world thinks!") feel/sound.

Songs don't have to be happy or sad- nor do bands have to be "good," or mainstream, I just want new music to look into. Any and all suggestions are welcome!

I have a 4-string Ibanez acoustic-electric bass- it has it's own built-in tuner which tells me the E string is in tune. However, when I try to play a song, right around the 2nd and 3rd frets, it buzzes horribly. I also notice that when I strum all the strings, the E string vibrates heavier than the other three.

Is there any way to fix this? Do I have to change the strings? (Note; I've only had this bass for four months, and changed the strings when I first became it's owner- it's not always been mine.)

I've been able to use it before on the same computer to record exactly what's being played from my computer's speakers, but now it's no longer an option for me to use. (I only get the options "Sound Mapper- Input" and my PC's built-in mic.) Any clues as to why Stereo Mix isn't showing up would be super helpful, thanks.
