  • I got a hateful pamphlet in my porch from a theist. What do?

    I got home today to discover a lovely orange piece of paper folded up in my porch. Upon opening it up I was horrified to discover that it was not only designed to insult women, it was also written in comic sans!

    In seriousness it quoted 1 Corinthians 14 and 1 Timothy 2. Specifically parts about how women should serve under men and caused Adam to falter.

    I am more amused and disappointed than disgusted. I'm a little disappointed that I wasn't there to greet them!

    What should I do about it? Share it with my friends and have a good laugh, or should I take it to my local church and ask for an explanation?

    Also, theists; why do so many of you try to convert people this way? This comes off as a message of hatred.

  • Monster Hunter 3DS worth getting?

    Is there character customisation? Is there any sort of story besides killing monsters? How long are the MH games? Is there any sort of post-game content?

    Also, my pet peeve in a lot of Japanese games; does armour actually show up on your character?
