So bascially i lightly rear ended an elderly woman who loved using her brakes. I know its my fault but with alot of emotional stress and the adreneline rush i was crying and in shock. However, the damage to her car is a scratch thats a little than a foot long, a small dent, like 3 mm wide. and thats it. She was complaining to her daughter she wants a new bumper. I apologized profusly, but really, a new bumper? will her insurance atleast be more reasonable...?

My iphone 4 got stolen today, and i know for a fact i wont get it back because i didnt have the trace my iphone thingy on it (i know, very dumb). anyways, i changed all my passwords, etc. My only concern is can people unlock iphones? like bypass the password? and go onto the actual phone itself? I personally think the theif doesnt really care about the data on it already, they'll prolly just reset it..right?

Okay so I'm going to the world summit in Chicago with major business people and I have the worst wardrobe ever. It's in two days and I don't have time to get dress pants. I have these black yoga pants that have a nice flare and aren't skin tight. I feel like, is that okay? I'll def. dress it up with a nice cardigan etc

So I tried to register to vote with a teacher (whose qualifed to do so) and he said because I wasn't born in the US I need to find the court of naturalization where our citizenship was confirmed. Due to the fact I have a valid US passport, and social security card I know I'm a citizen. How do I find out about the court of naturalization? do I need any other info?

Alright, I'm applying to University of Chicago, and they just sent us this "First, an important announcement about the Early Action deadline: Many Early Action applicants in the Eastern United States have expressed concern about missing our deadline due to the extreme weather conditions and power outages that have affected that area. We would like to reassure those applicants: We understand, and we encourage you to send in your UChicago Early Action application (and financial aid application) by Monday, November 7th, 2011. We hope this eases some of the stress. Please contact us if we may be of any assistance."

The deadline was originally November 1st, which is today. Does this new Deadline apply to everybody? They don't specifically say, that only east coast kids have the deadline extension...What should I do? I would love an extra day or two to relook at my essays :/

Alright, I'm in AP Stats, and tomorrow we have a test on z-scores, distribution, density curves, normal curves, and percentiles, etc. etc

What I don't get is, how is a normal curve laid out? like I don't understand how you shade the curve, I get neg. is on the left, pos, on the right. But where are the # values?

Also, I understand z-scores but i always mess up problems with z-scores. I mess up the %'s. Is there tips on how to do these problems? and can i do this on my calculator?

I have natural dark brown hair, almost looks black and I got highlights I them, but they only bleached/streaked various strands. So I want to see my whole head, like a darkdark red. Would the red just show up on the bleached streaks?? Thanks.

I was on yahoo and I was reading the comments for the guy that got fired over his beard, and just reading the comments broke my heart. Do people really hate muslims that much? Sigh. First the Jews, then the Mexicans, and now Muslims. If America is land of the free, why are people ridiculed for following their beliefs? Given, there is a lot of tension between east and west but people blur the line between extremists/terrorism with Islam. Theres so much to the story, but people only catch the ending, not the beginning or the middle. Whats your opinion on this? Please no hate.

I have applied to over 35 jobs, and I haven't been hired once. Given, some companies weren't hiring, but I'm just so devastated. I've worked my butt off in high school (im 17) and I can't get a simple job at a retail store nor a restaurant? I only have <1 of experience in serving/waitress, I can speak 3 languages, I have a 5.4 out of 5 gpa, but its just so sucky that I can't get hired...I even applied at Mcdonalds...any tips on how to land a fricking job?
