I am an atheist myself, but my friend which is also an atheist is always judging people that follow religions who believe in a god.

She thinks she's "superior" in some way I'm not going to lie sometimes I do feel the same due to their blindness on how the real world works but I don't tell my colleagues this because I respect what they believe.

My friend doesn't care if you believe in this God or other god she will just call you dumb or grow up, I do not like this, any good argument? She's just a dumb atheist I guess

worked 82 hours, they trying to pay me 76 hours, not only me, other employees have been affected from a long time... last month, 2 months ago, 3 months ago etc...

what can I do? also is impossible for them to mess up, we clock in with finger print AND also in paper.

also overtime is not paid if you dont go over 80 hours biweekly.

this company needs to be under examination by law enforcement, labor department or something like that

do i get paid over time? am i entitled to 6 hours of overtime?

friday/saturday/sunday: 9 hours each (one shift of 4.5 hours, 1 hour gap, another shift of 4.5 hours)

thats 39 hours (78 for 2 weeks) , my boss say because i do not work more than 80 hours the 2 weeks i do not get paid overtime) is this legal?

is over time counted per day or per week?

Okay so I live/Work in Los Angeles, CA. I work 4hours Monday/Tuesday/Thursday and on Fridays/Sat/Sunday I work 8.25 (8Hours15mins) (15 mins overtime right?)

That should be 45 mins over time a week. Which would be 1.5 hours 2 weeks

They pay me biweekly but since I do 73.5Hours they do not pay me overtime because my hours do not go over 80

Is this illegal? And should I get paid 1.5 over time?

I get paid 16 which would over time would be $24/H and in total $36 more on my check for that overtime

I'm not arguing about the $36 I'm focused on how illegal this is! What can I do? Where do I report this? Also THEY STEAL HOURS FROM HOUR CHECK! Is sad that we have to keep track of our hours (never happened to me but I happens to a lot of coworkers) I had got a better job so I don't care about the consequences.

about a month ago I ate a weed brownie at 1pm, at 1:30 I smoked 2 rounds of pipes, I was normal high like usually relaxed etc, after few minutes I started to have a hallucinations about my own life and stuff that were not there I would think of something and it would feel like I was inside my mind looking at the things I'd think like day dreaming but more real like actually being there, I got scared I started to have a panic attack or/and anxiety attack, my legs were shaking, fast heart beat, I feel like I was dying I seen my life going threw my own eyes and I started to have flashbacks when I was kid a pre teen, everything seemed less real, doubt about my own existence and everyone's existence, purpose of life and etc it was so scary lol, I read about depersonalization and it's exactly what I was experience same symptoms and just exactly how many posts explain, at first the hallucinations were alright and cool but then they turned scary I feel like I wanted to cry and I feel I was about to die but I was telling myself I'm just in a bad trip but still the fear will win over my thoughts, has anyone experience this? A bad trip? Trigger depersonalization? Anxiety panic attack? Since then I've experience anxiety and overthinking for a short period of time, when I was at work I looked at myself in the mirror and I got scared I was over thinking and experienced anxiety, few minutes ago I read a msg from a friend calling me by my name I the same thing happened when I read my name

Working out the same muscle in the morning and at night or is it better working out in he morning one muscle group and at night a different muscle group?

I'm asking because I have time to work out in the morning and I have time to work out at night. Will it be good or bad? My goal is to grow my muscles bigger and also to lose fat in my arms so my muscles look better.

I've tried meth only once and it was awesome, I tried it like around 1pm-1:20pm I don't remember the exact time or grams I snort, but that day I worked like I had never worked before so much confidence, strength and energy.

Side effects started to hit around 5pm, first I couldn't stop talking about my job and any topic I would hear I would talk about it with so much detail.

-At 8pm: my heart rate and body temperature raised. (It felt a light fever and my heart rate was 115bpm and I was just sitting down).

-At 9pm: I had my dinner served, I didn't want to eat but the last time I ate was at 6am when I ate 2 eggs and a cup of coffee so I chew my dinner a lot (rice, chicken leg and salad) and swallowed with water (it felt disgusting).

-At 10pm: I noticed I was starting to get paranoid when I kept thinking about me suffering a heart attack (even when I knew 115bpm can't kill)

-At 11pm: I started to feel chest and throat pain.

-At 12pm: more energy started to bump which was the reason I had insomnia.

-At 3am: my heart rate when down to 93bpm and my body temperature almost back to normal, light pain in chest and same pain throat (horrible) and stomach started to make strong sounds of hunger lol.

The thing is.... DO NOT TRY METH, NOT EVEN ONCE, is not worth it, the side effects are pretty heavy and strong and last way more than the high.

So I have heard about this and I know people who believe drinking a cold beverage (like soda, juice, etc) while eating something hot (like rice & chicken) causes ulcers in your stomach.

Okay so I'm 17 years old soon to be 18. I'm 5'8 Hispanic (yes not that tall lol genes), really fit if you ask me don't mean to be cocky but I work out since I was 15 little by little working out harder (plus shakes etc)

when I notice there are gay guys in the gym I don't feel comfortable when they stare! Because I'm not gay lol and I feel ugh, I get mad but I don't say anything and I go work out on something else not close to them lol

I've been on Instagram since a long time since I like photography and I own a Canon, I post pictures of myself on Instagram (no nudes lmao) I post pictures of me posing, from my snapchat, my outfits, my Sneakers, and got lots of followers. I don't got an issue with my followers. What I get mad about is when MEN start liking my pictures where I'm shirtless (which I got a lot) and posing shirtless or working out. When I see this I get so mad I feel disrespected! And I block them as soon as I see the first 3 likes 👿 and again I feel homophobic but I don't hate them!

Also at school I almost beat like 4 gay guys in my school when I was in 10,11 and 12 because they started hitting on me, I feel so disrespected when this happens! Like do I have to have a sign saying "I'm NOT GAY" (no I don't dress/talk/walk/look gay)

I don't hate gay guys, I even have and have had gay friends. (Plus I'm still a minor lol)

It borders me so much when they hit on me I feel it borders me more than it should or is it just normal lol sorry for too much detail btw
