Hi, I am going to Nice in France in July and was wondering if anyone knew of places near to Nice that are nice but a bit cheaper for accomodation?

I have looked at Antibes and Grasse, but they are quite expensive still. In know its in a very sort after coastal area in France but has anyone got any other suggestions? we dont mind going inland a bit and travelling to coast etc. we plan to travel around anyway.

I've lived next door to this girl and her three children for two years - the couple are constantly rowing and swearing at one another and the rows are constant. I have even moved bedrooms into a smaller room because the children wake me up so often in the night I cant sleep at all. They are just awful. This mornng she had the cheek to knock on my door and say me running up my stairs woke her children up!? so I explained that perhaps she'd like to keep her voice down when she argues with her boyfriend cos thats all I can hear. then her boyfriend comes to the door, I walk away to go to work and he follows me down the road swearing and shouting at me....Ive called the council and i am currently finding out who the owner of the house is becasue they are only tennants. The next step of course is to have him/her done for Anti-social behaviour. the council will send them a letter if I want them to... what shall I do? are there any other routes I can go down to complain about the noise and that insident this morning to shook, I cant stand them!

The other day I looked into my tak and my Black Moor looked like it was almost shedding a layer of skin...a very thin layer of white skin was peeling off him, im notsure if it was just something he'd got caught up on but there was nothing in the tank to make me obviously see what it was?? The tank is very clean and it hasnt happened since or before...what the hell was it???

some advice please..how do i do the water changes??

I wrote yesterday and said I had a 1 gallon tank with two goldfish in it, a black moor and a fantail...everyeon said that was ridiculously small, but it doesnt look it at all....so anyway, I went home and worked the capacity and volume to length, came to work with and with my ruler worked out it was 30cm across by almost 30cm tall, and works ut at 5 gallons!! I know still probably too small to keep them any real length of time in there as they'll grow etc and also I shouold get a square tank not a bowl, but myqestion still stays the same, how often should I clean that now?

Im guessing its 1 gallon, I have a Black Moor and a tiny fintail? they seem happy so far and arent ill or struggling..Im worried now reading all about them on here!!! I bought it at an Aquarium and they seemed to think it was okay!?? no im not sure! someone help!

Update; Ive now found a big hole in my skirting board and carpet in the spare room...but the noise of scratching has stopped and no droppings found...what do you think it is??

I think I have a rat in my floorboards. How would I know?? I am woken by a very loud gnawing sound in the night below me..i.e under the floorboards in my bedroom...I have seen no droppings etc (because I assume I wouldnt as they/it is under the floorboards) It moves around the room and I phoned the council and they are seding someone over to have a look....can anyone give me any advice...or signs that it definately is a rat or a couse - the lady at council even said it might be a squirrel because of the noise - its so loud too loud for a little mouse -I assume?? help!

Can motgage payments come out of two seperate bank accounts (i.e 50% out of my account, 50% out of other moortgage owners account?) Or does it have to come out of one bank account?
