I was reading IRS Publication 463 and it states:

"If you have an office in your home that qualifies as a principal place of business, you can deduct your daily transportation costs between your home and another work location in the same trade or business."

But my office isn't technically in my home. I have an office on my property that is detached from my home. I spend 2-3 hours in the morning there and then I travel from my office to my 2nd job which I'm on a W-2. Then back to my office to finish out the day. My second Job is the same industry as my business. Can I claim mileage from my office to my 2nd job and back? Total hours at my office is about 6 hours a day and then about 4 hours at the W-2 job. The W-2 job is about 45 miles away so it would really be nice if I could claim that.

I was terminated at my last job but I really feel it was under unfair circumstances that was out of my control. Anyway, on new applications it asks if I have ever been involuntarily terminated. But I heard that employers can only legally ask for your start date and end date at your previous places of employment- is this true? What information can my previous employers give out about me?

Which brands will actually work? I would like to achieve a light ash blond but I have medium brown hair. I don't want a reddish color- will any home dying kits get my hair to a blond or do I have to go to a professional?

After getting some pretty nasty viruses, I had to clean them with a AVG Boot CD based off Linux. XP will not boot, so Im trying to run FIXBOOT from the XP install CD but it hangs up at the Blue Screen the says windows setup.

A potential employer is doing a background check and has hired an outside firm to do all the checks for them. The outside firm contacted me trying to verify employment and said they need my W-2's since 2002. I told them I worked as a contractor and filed my own tax returns and did not receive W-2's. So they responded by asking for my actual tax returns. I am feeling uncomfortable giving out all this information since personal tax returns include investment and child information. I have given them 2 references of co-workers that could verify employment. Should that be enough. Also requesting the tax returns from the IRS will cost $57.00 per tax year which I really cant afford. What should I do? This job is not a high security job and seems like they shouldn't need this information.

The middle names are family names so those will stay. I don't really like overly feminine names and am looking for a name that could be for a boy or girl. Any suggestions?

I am 6 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I have missed my period and taken 3 positive pregnancy tests. My breasts are tender and I am little moody, however I have not gotten morning sickness at all.

My question is this, I expected to feel something more in the lower belly. I feel nothing and expected it to start getting bigger or feeling like something was there- nothing. Is something wrong?

My boyfriend always says it would be nice if I smelled good but every perfume I get always ends up irritating my senses and I just want to scrub it off! Maybe thats because most perfumes have toxic ingredients in them but does anyone know one or something that smells nice that wont bother me??

I suspect my vitamins are causing very bad breath for me. When I start taking vitamins soon after my breath starts to smell very bad. However, my boyfriend says it smells like it is coming straight from my gut not from my mouth. I have tried many different kinds of high quality vitamins and it always happens and doesn't stop till a few weeks to months after I stop taking them! Does this happen to anyone else? Why does this happen???
