I'm doing a term paper on how Axe/Lynx body spray entered a foreign market (such as the UK because the spray was first sold in France), and I was wondering what type of entry mode Unilever took to sell Lynx in the UK. I know for a fact it wasn't Exporting, or Licensing/Franchising. It's either Joint Venture or Direct Investment... I just don't know which one.

Ive noticed that with Facebook's new profile format, the friends shown on the side are not random like before. There are a lot of reoccuring friends, so what dictates what friends are shown? Is it whomever looks at my page gets to be shown? Or is it something else?
