hey i am a tennis player at indiana and i have played in quite a few tournaments on usta. I never got the ranking system. first what is the difference in midwest rankin and CITA ranking?? ok i will give you an example:

VINCENNES UNIVERSITY JUNIOR OPEN - CITA Level 4. Midwest Level 6.
