I plan to buy a condo for my senior citizen parents and put their names on the deed (required by the condo Assosciation). My parents might use public aid (such as medicaid) in a few years. I heard that after they pass away, their assets will be claimed towards the aid they consumed.
Could anyone help me to look at this solution to see if this is feasible:
My parents and I co-own the condo by tenancy in common, so that I have a much greater share, say 99.9%, and they have 0.1% (Indeed I will pay for the condo). If they pass away, only 0.1% of the property can be claimed towards the public aid.

My parents are senior citizens. I plan to buy a condo just for them to live in and put their names and my name on the deed, because it is required by the condo association that the occupant has to be on the title and it cannot be rented until the occupant live there for two years.
Could anyone familiar with elder law or this situation let me know:
1. can my parents file quit claim to remove their names from the title in two years after the purchase?
2. Does it affect their eligibility to apply for Medicaid or Medicare and other financial aid for senior citizens? How? We live in Illinois

We found a condo that we would like to purchase for our parents to live in. The condo association has rules that it cannot be rented. Effectively, we just let our parents (senior citizens) live there, i.e. not even renting. But since their names are not on the deed, I heard that it is still against the condo association's rule.
Does anyone know if there is a way to structure this so that our parents can live in the condo without their names on the deed?

I filed N-400 while my I-751 was pending for a year. I passed N-400 interview and test and have I-751 approved at the same interview. However, I haven't been scheduled for oath for a long time though a lot of people interviewed N-400 after me already took the oath.
I spoke with three officers at Infopass and each time get something different/new.
The first officer told me that everything got final approved and my name check and biometrics are cleared and valid. She asked me to wait for oath letter.
A week later, the second officer told me that my I-751 is pending, there is no way I can proceed my naturalization. she told me that my I-751 is at California Service Center (it was originally sent to NSC) and on the system it says that there will be an interview, but she is not sure if it is for I-751 or N-400.
The third officer told me that USCIS need another officer to reverify my I-751 interview and it takes time. She asked me to wait.
Does anyone have similar experience? How long does it take to clear my I-751 and have my oath scheduled?
