I have a Dell Inspiron 1420. It is about 8 years old and working like a well-oiled machine. That said, it has no camera and I don't think it has a microphone. I have wifi in my home. I have Windows Vista (yes, I know, ick).

I am going to start skyping with a friend in Saudi Arabia (yes, time difference noted). I need a recommendation for a camera and microphone that will work best with my operating system, internet, and computer. I am looking in the $50-$60 range, if that is reasonable. Resolution is somewhat important. Don't need superb, but would like it to better than fuzzy.

If you can make a recommendation, I would appreciate it. Also, do you recommend the clip-on type or free-standing?

I have been dating a guy for a couple weeks. He is very serious about me. He talks about our future together. Don't get me wrong, I like him a lot and hope it works out, but I don't think I love him, and I would not say I did if I didn't. Sooo, what do I say if he tells me he loves me and I am not to that point yet? He is a wonderful guy. I don't want his feelings to be hurt.

Any help on how, from a guy's view, I can handle this, until I am ready to say it? I have a lot of respect for him and want to handle it right.

Family disagreement going on......

In a divorce proceeding in Texas, what is the person called who is appointed by the court to protect the interests of the child? I know in civil tort matters they are called an ad litem. I've seen "Friend of the Court," but that seems to be related to post-divorce matters about access and support. My husband (we are divorcing) is disputing the terms of access to our daughter (abuse occurred and he is not currently seeing her). We cannot agree to terms of post-divorce access. Mediation is futile as what I want is what is in the best interest of my child, not what is negotiated by adults. I would like the court to appoint someone, pre-divorce, to be an unbiased party to determine what is best for my daughter, as it relates to visitation. I think this has value so it is not seen that I am trying to manipulate the situation as a form of punishing my husband or being controlling.

I have found many cookbooks with heavier dishes. I am looking for a quality cookbook with simple, lighter dishes. Not necessarily low calorie, but not heavy beef dishes. I like light entrees with somewhat simple sauces. Light vegetable dishes with fresh ingredients. Even light appetizers, salads, and desserts.

Any recommendations?

My cousin said there were back-to-back new episodes on. I could not locate it and none of the schedules I look at will show what was on yesterday.... only today and forward.

My husband wants to file an extension for our tax return. There is no reason for it. Do I have to sign something agreeing to it?

My house is 53 years old. Well-built with 105 lap board and brick. We purchased the home 12 years ago. The prior owner did not prep the wood before repainting. It is starting to bubble and chip.

We have removed and replaced the rotten boards. We are unsure what to do next. Scrape? We have been told to try sandblasting. Another friend said that would not get all of the paint off, and there would still be a lot of paint on the house. Sanding what is left by hand or with a palm sander would be a daunting task.

We are preparing to sell our home. Real estate in our area is doing well. Top dollar is received by those whose homes look the best, obviously. We want to have the surface look as good as possible before caulking, priming, and painting.

We can do the work. We do not need a painter. We would like to know the best method(s), equipment needed, and approximate time to complete.

Having such a hard time getting through this book.

I am going to have the opportunity to visit a local Army base. I will be introduced to several officers an non-officers. I want to show respect and follow protocol when greeting them. It's an honor, but I don't want to be stiff.

I was thinking if I am introduced to Colonel So-and-so, I would say, It's an honor, Colonel So-and-so.... same for any officer. Do I do the same for non-officers? Do I shake their hands?

I am thinking I can keep up, but I am nervous I won't be able to repeat back their rank an name if I am introduced to several at at time.

I'm thrilled to have this opportunity and don't want to appear to be a moron.

If it makes any difference, I'm a woman an am being taken by a family member. Some of them just returned from deployment, and some did not. The family member is a LTC.

I recently purchased a vehicle. The vehicle has a full warranty -- bumper-to-bumper.

The service light came on. I am having problems with the dealership and am considering taking it to another dealership for service. Is there any benefit to the dealership to get service work under warranty? Does the dealership that I purchased have anything to lose if they don't get the work? Does another dealership want the business if it is under warranty?

I am not trying to leverage, but I wanted to be treated fairly. I feel like that now they have made money off of the sale, they don't feel they need to be customer-friendly for service.

My daughter is in high school and wants a setup where friends can play games -- girls and guys. I've heard I should get the X-BOX360. I don't need kinect or LIVE. Is the basic XBOX360 fine? What games should I get -- most popular with high school boys, but not too violent? How big of a screen should I get?
