What was your ex's response when you filed for divorce?

    Funny you asked. We had been separated for 4 years before I finally filed. I had not seen him for that long also or knew where he was. I filed in the state in which we had last lived together. Posted in the newspaper for about 6 months. He never respond. The just granted me the divorce finally.

    I didn't file...he did...after walking out on me & the kids 8 years prior. I said 'Good riddance....' best thing he ever did for us.
