I am a female who has a male friend with a girlfriend. It doesn't matter whether they are in a group situation or I am the only other one there - they can't seem to keep their hands off each other. It's not like they don't have plenty of private time together! But it makes me uncomfortable, especially when I am the only other person hanging out with them. I feel shut out. Is it wrong to feel this way? How do you feel about PDAs when when it's going on with your friends right next to you?

When my sister-in-law talks with me or my husband over the phone, she just hangs up whenever she thinks the conversation is over (many times it's not). I think it's rude to hang up with no warning, but she does this most of the time and it ticks us off. My husband doesn't know why she does this, but her husband does the same thing.

I was wondering how common is this problem, and would you say something or let it go?

My brain is always a few seconds behind my mouth, so it comes out like, "What are you from?" and dumber things than that!

What about you?

The only place we have cracks is in the master bedroom, and they're getting worse. Can we patch them somehow, or does the job require completely replacing the walls with drywall?

I don't want to invest too much -- our house is in a teardown zone and will be coming down in a couple of years. I just want them to look better for now.
