  • Trying to find an old Mac computer game?

I remember playing a game on an Apple computer about 10 or so years ago. It involved moving a rod between dots that created a maze. Some of the dots were explosive. I'm not a gamer, but I enjoyed that game and want to find it.

  • Yahoo Groups Owners and creators?

Is there any way to find out who the creator of a Yahoo Group is? On a Yahoo Group home page, there is no indication of who originally created and/or owns that group- just an email address to mail to. Also, is there a way to find out what groups Yahoo members run under their particular 'nicks?

  • How do I remove brassy color?

My natural hair color is pure (albino) white, but it has gotten darker as I have aged. Its now a pretty white-gold color, but I want to get back to its 'normal' color. The blue shampoos don't help, and I am a little wary of bleaching it. Would lemon juice work?

  • Halal and Kasrut: What do they have in common?

Islam and Judiasm both have dietary laws that dictate what is and is not allowed to be eaten. I want to know what sources they have in common. Did Halal arise from cross-pollination from the Old Testement Kashrut, or is it a totally separate system?

  • Does Sturgeon's Revelation apply to the Internet?

(Ted) Sturgeon's Revelation says "Ninety percent of everything is crud." Does this apply to the Internet as a whole, or only to certain parts of it, like blogs, music and video sites and online communities like MySpace? Should we try to fix this problem, or is it educational to sift the wheat from all the chaff out there? Is the Internet an accurate reflection of the 'real world'?

I really emphasize with the old-school publishers of books who had to sift through the 'slush piles' to find the gems. Today, you can read the slush online.
