  • Why must I have to see Ellen sniviling every time I get online?

I quit buying Cover Girl makeup because of her ADS. Why would she be hired to sell makeup when she doesn't enjoy being a woman. I quit going to Penney's because of her ADS. On TV I can turn her off, but giving up the Internet is going to be painful but I can't get online without seeing her crying.

  • Why can't I download Adobe Flash Player?

I have several times supposedly. At least the site says I have. Then when I try to play certain videos, I'm again told I need Adobe Flash Player. On Doctor Oz website the videos say they're loading but never do.

  • Is it legal to have call girl ads on Yahoo?

I haven't clicked on the messages, but they sure look like they could be ads about Call girls. With all the talk of sex slaves in the news this is a especially disturbing.

  • Why has headlines on Yahoo News changed to the funky Arabic like font ?

I really don't like it, like a number of other changes. I had always been partial to yahoo, but it seems they are out to fundamentally change everything I like to frustration. Usually my complaints are deleted so this is probably an exercise in futility.

  • Why Bluetooth downloaded?

Turned on laptop and it informed me that a Bluetooth driver was being downloaded. Then that it had been downloaded successfully. I didn't ask for it so why did it do so without my permission? What advantage is it to have a Bluetooth driver?

  • How can I be sure I am not paying for abortion?

I am horrified that I would be paying for the killing of an innocent child. Now it appears that I may, want to or not. I must by law have insurance. Insurance companies may have secretly made it a law that I have to help pay for abortions. Supposedly a person could have a choice but lies have become the rule rather than the exception.

  • Why do people think evolution is true?

Many people are passionately "proselytizing" evolutionary "theory" as true. Why do they believe it? It's after all a pretty far out idea that everything came from nothing, right? Scientist , bless them, are discovers. They can only study what is here already and discover things and come up with theories. Some times right and sometimes wrong. The universe works by laws. When scientist discover how certain laws work, they and inventers can use the already existing laws to create (and sometimes destroy). Laws require a law giver. Where did the laws come from? People who believe the creation explanation believe in evolution in "kinds", but not in one "kind" evolving into another kind. We don't believe that the laws of the earth, the galaxies, universes just somehow "appeared" out of no where or nothing.

  • How can drug users be expected to make wise decisions?

"Glutamate is a neurotransmitter that influences the reward circuit and the ability to learn. When the optimal concentration of glutamate is altered by drug abuse, the brain attempts to compensate, which can impair cognitive function. Brain imaging studies of drug-addicted individuals show changes in areas of the brain that are critical to judgment, decision making, learning and memory, and behavior control. Together, these changes can drive an abuser to seek out and take drugs compulsively despite adverse, even devastating consequences—that is the nature of addiction."

I believe drug use is driving many of the decisions made in government (politicians, judges, teachers, voters, etc.) and possibly in the population at large. Some have come to the conclusion that there are many in this country that are just nuts. After reading the above, I started thinking maybe the problem is so much drug use. I've wondered,"Why have people become open to voting for people who have taken drugs. There was a time not too long ago that we would not do that (knowingly anyway). In the documentary of the Kennedy's it was revealed that both the President and his wife had their own doctor supplying them with drugs.

I started out this morning thinking about the Chinese and how at one time so many of the population was addicted to Opium. (1/4 of the male population. It became such a problem that the emperor outlawed it, but British, Indians, Dutch discovered what a cash cow it was they grew it into gigantic fortunes, eventually including the U.S. There were wars fought because of it.

Some people do get hooked by their own doctors. When I got pregnant doctors didn't think you should gain over 20 lbs. so my doctor gave me amphetamines to squelch my appetite. I had no idea what it was at the time but I thought it was great. I had so much energy for the first time in my life, I wanted to clean 20 hrs a day! Didn't take it long but wonder if it affected my brain (and what about my babies!)

What is going to happen with marijuana use? How long will it take to find out the damage of that?

  • Is H1N1 save enough for young children?

    http://healthimpactnews.com/2014/flu-vaccine-is-th...

Just read about a five year old boy dying after H1N1 injection. It breaks my heart. Who can be trusted to keep the public informed about what is going on. The Drug Companies? The government? The Media?

  • Sometimes (like now) someone is taking overy my computer. Possible?

What is happening when the cursor starts bouncing around and it hard to control. A couple of years ago I had someone trying to fix my computer. They were able to see my screen and move the cursor around. They started putting pressure on me to spend a lot of money. I kept saying I couldn't afford it. After she wouldn't seem to take no for an answer, I just turned the computer off. Then I wondered if my computer could be accessed still.

Does other people's computers sometimes seem like they have a mind of their own? It seems like I have a new challenge every time I turn around without correcting the last one or the one before that.

  • Is there any hope for my computer or should I throw it out the window!?

I've been trying to get my computer to cooperate forever. Every time I try to fix something, I get another problem. I get these promises It is going to go/load faster, etc. and it becomes even slower. Today I decided to do this thing recommended (by my computer) to do a reset. This was supposed to reset it to default settings and make it all better. Well, it didn't. I lost some things that are very important to me. It told me if I did the reset, I couldn't undo it. I use the File, Save, Exit drop down menu that Was on the left heading and now it's Gone! Why do I feel like I'm talking like Woody in Toy Story?

  • Why do some messages have the string of "characters" instead of words?

I once thought it was because of foul language, but now I'm wondering if it may be political correctness.

  • Is it true that the Fort Hood is still getting paid salary?

If it is, it is so distressing for citizens who struggle to be good citizens and do what's right. They may continue to do it, but it's just really bad for moral. No wonder many young people think, "Hey, let's go play the Knockout Game" instead of something productive.

  • If you are forced to work in the public against your will, why would that not be slavery?

I've read several instances lately where someone was offended because a business owner did not want to do a job for them and they sued. If a business owner is not free to turn down a job in our society, why would that not constitute slavery?
