I currently want to buy a Warhammer 40k army but not sure if I want the starter kit. I want to buy an army that I would enjoy playing with and painting then choosing an army that I do not like but it comes with the starters.

I am someone who likes long range. I would rather kill someone before they even have time to come up to me. I find that it is cool because it's not always melee and attacking close up. For me it's a little boring. I also wouldn't mind to have a lot of strategy needed to play because I am a guy who loves it when a game is about strategy and that is what got me interested in this game.

For the hobby, I would like it to be something that isn't too difficult to paint (since I suck) but worst comes to worst my figurines will look ugly for sure. In another way I would like it if the paint is attractive and that it isn't a bit of garbage dumbed together but a nicely done Armor or weapon and everything is precise. I do want the ability to be creative and not just be limited to perfectness. I would like the possibility of adding the Me factor inside my characters. This is what is going to make me feel special as I paint these little miniature figurines.

On the me side, I would like it if the civilization was advance. We are in the 40k not in the 2k anymore. We need to have new hover crafts and new technology to be used. Mostly in the face of war. We have to start changing our technology. Common people let's be futuristic.....

Please tell me which army is the best for for me and please give a detailed explanation why. I don't want just a simple answer...... Please detail your answer. And the one who explains the most gets 10p.

I would like to make a virtual pet site (for fun just for me and my friends) and I wanted to know how to make one. I would like to know the HTML codes I need and some basic directions on what to do to add more pets and more people in the game. I would like to make it possible that you have to fill out a form with user name , password, and email and that it sends the email automatically and it adds the players automatically too.
