How can I remove the first and last item of a list? I need to do so recursively without using length, splitAt, take, or drop

here is my first attempt:

foo (x:xs:y) = ([x],[y])

This instead would return y as an empty list instead of being the last element. Also I want to be able to do this recursively.

As stated, I'm 23 with high blood pressure. My blood pressure is 147/75. This is known as ISH (isolated systolic hypertension).

My health stats are pretty good in my opinion. I'm 5'8", 165 lbs, I work out, I run 2-4 miles a day, and I eat moderately well. What the hell can I do to fix my blood pressure without medication?

I met up with someone I went to high school with back in 9th grade via a popular networking site. Over the course of a year, we began to talk more and more online. Eventually on the phone. Our personalities were clicking.

If a passenger in a vehicle has luggage in the trunk of a vehicle that contains contraband (lets say marijuana in a very small amount), a police officer was to find it, and the passenger was to claim the marijuana, would the driver/owner of the motor vehicle be responsible?

I previously had some acne problems on my chest. Minor ones. I began squeezing at an area I was confident was a pimple. I sqeezed so hard that the area in question started to bleed. Now I have a bump on my chest that sticks out enough to resemble a massive pimple on my chest.
