How long has registration been down on PSN? Are they not accepting any new accounts? For how long?

I just bought a PSP go and I am not with the PSN and need to have an account.

Okay, life changing question here.

The college I want to go to is about $12,000 per year.

I am going to transfer in and live in an apartment that will cost about $8,000 per year.

In total, I need $20,000 per year in aid.

Now, Question, I know I'm going into debt...

So do I just fill out a FAFSA and ask for $20,000 per year in aid? When is that money due to be paid back? I just don't understand how kids are going to big-time colleges and being able to afford it without parental help! Basically, I need $20,000 per year in financial aid. DOes the federal government provide that aid?

Basically my problem is that whenever I try to open up some text messages, it takes forever(sometimes up to a minute) to open. However, this only happens to some text messages...to the people I text most. To anyone else, it operates fine. I have deleted all prior messages before, but the problem still exists...

I'm 18 years old and I live in Texas. I have finally decided to get my Driver License. Because I am 18, do I still have to go through Drivers Ed and a long permit period? Or can I just go to Drivers Ed then the DMV for my license? OR do I have the same system as a 16 year old? Help me out :)

I have been holding off on driving until I was 18 to save money, but now what must I do to obtain it when I am 18? Will there have to be Driver's Ed or do I just show up to the DMV and take my test? Is there a permit period?

I have a problem with regaining energy. After i take a long run, my legs feel like they weigh a 100000 pounds. However, the day after, I am so sore i cannot even walk, however, i have to.

I am in a volleyball team and this is a daily activity. Could i have some tips on how to get the energy and soreness out of my legs FAST and efficiently.
