About 4 almost 5 months ago i met a guy who is German who was here studying abroad as an engineer for Audi. We met as my job ( i work at the restaurant/bar that him and most of his co workers went for lunch and to hang out) i am turning 19 and he is turning 25. We started going out as friends and hanging out. He had a girlfriend back at home but honestly i couldn't keep myself away from him so i continued going out with him. We started just messing around kissing and nothing else and after 2 months of hanging out we eventually had sex. The point is that we fell i love and he left about 2 weeks ago. Our plans are for me to go over there since he's finishing his studies and he's getting his doctorates in engineering. We do plan on getting married after both him and me are done with school. He obviously already finished his previous relationship so thats not a problem. Im seriously so in love with him, he's the only person that i would be wiling to give up everything for. i couldn't ever love someone like i love him so i am so sure about this. The problem is that i am a Mexican citizen living in the United States illegally and i came to the united states when was like 2 and iv'e been in the united states for 16 years but i am very americanized and my english is perfect (my spanish is actually is not nearly as good as my english). Basically what could i do to get to Germany legally and how could i come back into the United States just for visiting since i would still have my family here. Would it be more convenient to just have him come here and marry me and take me to germany and once I'm in germany as a resident because marrying him wouldn't automatically make me a citizen could i apply for a United States Visa. My status in the United States at the moment seems like it would take about 5 or 6 years for me to be legally here so I'm not willing to wait that long to be with him. Its unreal. Im 19 but my family and me have gone through a lot so my maturity level is not of a 19 year olds and ive had many people tell me that i dont look or act like I'm 19. I need help my mom is against me leaving over there and he met my family before he left and my family really thinks he's a great guy but my mom just doesn't wanna lose me and have me leave so far away. I know deep inside she knows its the right decision but she wont admit it. My dad supports me and he really likes him.

Alright so this is a long story. I have met a guy from germany who i'm completely in love with. He has to return to Germany in March since hes only here for an engineering internship and we both have agreed that if everything goes well while were apart I will be moving to Germany with him since he has to finish getting his doctorates degree in engineering. The problem is that everything is 10 times more complicated then it should be. First off he has a girlfriend back at home who he has been with for about 4 years and they currently live together. He has told me that he is going to break up with her as soon as he gets back to germany since he has always cared for her and loved her but is not in love with her and doesn't see himself married to ger even though shes always pressured him to. Of course i dont believe men so i wont believe it until i see it and i dont want to give up everything here that i have in the united states for something that wont work even though i honestly have the biggest feeling that it will work because we have both talked about it and were in love. He has said and i agree that breaking up with her while hes still here would complicate things even more since its hard to break a relationship of four years through skype. Another thing that is killing me is that ive lived in the United States since i was 2 and i am now 18 about to be 19 and i have been in the unites states illegally since i was brought here by my parents. i am a Mexican citizen so what would i have to do to go to Germany legally? i am planning on going to school there, learning german which im starting to learn now and of course i would need a work permit in germay since i do plan on having a job.
