I found a few macaroni & cheese recipes from the internet & 1 of the ingredients is milk. So my question is, what kind of milk? Full cream milk? Low fat milk? Concentrated milk? I am confused... Please help... TQ...

As you may be aware, the SPCA started a petition to the Prime Minster of Malaysia to raise the cruelty fine from RM200 to a significantly higher fine of around RM10,000.00. The petition, which included the signatures of supporters, was supposed to be handed to the Prime Minister in October 2004. However, this has not happened, as we only managed to raise 20,000 signatures.

Due to the insufficient number of signatures collected during the first phase of this petition, the SPCA is entering a second phase in hope to collect at least 100,000 signatures locally and internationally.

Therefore, we are now entering a phase II stage of the petition whereby we would like you to join our effort for this cause. Please download the petition forms. Kindly photocopy it and distribute it for signatures to be collected. The more names we have, the better.

I am a Malaysian. But lets say I want to migrate & live in the States. So which 1 should I apply, a visa or a passport? What's the differences between those 2? & what are the procedures that I need to go through? Is it easier to apply becoming a US citizen regarding after the 9/11 tragedy? Any1 of you wants to share your experience?

My dad is going to Kenya & Ghana for work. So I'm wondering what sort of souveniers that I can ask my dad to buy for me coz all I can think of is t-shirt. Do you have any other suggestions? But please don't recommend some expensive souveniers, a low cost souveniers would be just fine for me... TQ...
