  • How to fix facebook app internet connection error for IOS 11?

This issue started after updating to IOS 11 on an iPhone 6 plus. upon opening the facebook app will just get the message of "cannot connect to internet" however all the other applications such as google and you tube work with no trouble. We uninstalled the facebook app, reinstalled and same issue. We cleared network settings, restarted the phone, same issue. We went through the browser in Safari and were able to access the account there with no trouble, so that tells is it s not an issue specifically with the account that s causing the problem, but an issue pertaining to the app itself. We would have the latest version of the Facebook app installed being that we uninstalled and re installed the app. So I m pretty much at a loss here on what to do next to resolve this issue. Looking for some further guidance on what to do next, am extremely frustrated.

My wife and I are going to be getting a divorce. She is currently in jail awaiting trail and more then likely is going to be there for a year or two. I’m moving on with my life and part of that is wanting to get her off the title for the home. I’m just trying to see where to start with doing this and if maybe anyone else has been in a similar scenario.

  • can you bundle a manufactured home, plot of land and a septic tank install?

Ok, need some addtional information, hopefully I can get someone who's gone through with this process. Looking to go with the option to purchase a manufactured home. Have found a plot of land I am interested in purchasing to put the home on. The land needs a septic tank installed also. Will the company that sells the home be able to bundle the cost of all three together or will those need to be all paid separately? Trying to get a better idea on going about this.

  • can you purchase a manufactured or modular home with a septic tank?

I am trying to reach out to anyone that has purchased a manufactured or modular home and who may have been down this road. I am considering purchasing some land and then seeing about financing the home and putting it on the land. Most of the lots I am seeing are needing a septic tank installed and after further research I am seeing that the purchase and the installation of the septic tank can be upwards of $6000. Is that something that you would have to pay out of pocket to get done or is it possible to bundle that into the purchase of the home. Just trying to get some input from someone that may have been there and done this

  • how not to come across as snobbish to my friends from back in the day?

My friends from back in my home town from way back when in high school seem to think that I am stuck up and too good to hang out with them because I don't ever call them or want to make plans. It's not that I am stuck up. It's just that I live a very different life, have a family to take care of and am not into the things they are into, to say the least. To describe the scenario in a nutshell: After high school I went into the military, learned some valuable life lessons, met other people outside my hometown, went a few places around the world, got out of the military, went to school, graduated college, worked my way up in my career field and now work a job that pays well and have a family. After high school they wanted to party, drink, do drugs and knock up their girlfriends at 18 and 19 with no job or ambition to do anything better with their lives. Today they are all broke, owe backpay for child support, can't hold onto a job and want to whine and conplain about how unfair life has been to them when they are the ones that have made the bad decisions that have gotten them where they are today. I just really have nothing in common with them anymore and don't see the need to hang out with them and listen to them whine. I am not so much worried about what they think, my life is my life, but don't want them to think of me as being snobbish, maybe someone here can relate?

  • Whats the big deal with partying and drinking?

I just dont understand what the big deal is about partying, drinking till you puke or pass out and doing drugs. The people I know in my hometown that started partying hard in high school and are now really deep into that lifestyle are pretty much losers that have no desire to better themsemves. They can't hold a job, they live at home with mom and dad who support them, have been arrested and don't even have a car of their own. They are all very proficient at rolling blunts and drinking games but don't have anything else going for them. If you ask them about the lifestyle they are living they will tell you that you have to live your life and that you only live once. I just dont see what is so fun about having to depend on other people to do things for you and always being broke, which is pretty much the story for all them. Maybe I am just the old fart that doesn't know how to live a little. What is so great about it that someone will just throw their life away to party and have fun? I am trying to understand.

  • how to get my mom to kick my brother and sister in law out?

My brother and sister in law had moved back in with my mom in August of last year after my brother got out of the military. The plan for them supposedly was that they were going to be there just up until my sister and law found a job and up until my brother started school and started pulling his monthly allowance from the VA. Well fast forward to almost a year later and they are no closer to moving out then they were from the day they arrived.

They have not helped my mom out with any of the bills and everything they spend is for them. It's funny how they have money for pot, beer, renting movies on demand and margaritas out on the town, but no money to give my mom to help out with any groceries or bills. She actually just got laid off of her job. They always like to throw it out there how broke they are and how there is not money for them to contribute. They are actually going to concert this weekend, staying at a hotel, having some drinks and a good ol time. The grown ups will worry about all those boring lame grown up things, like bills and responsibilities.

My sister in law is extremely disrespectful when my step father tells her anything about cleaning the messes she makes in the house or contributing, they both have a very inflated sense of entitlement. I am just trying to get my mom to see things for what they are and that they are just taking advantage of her and so she can just kick them out. Who has been in this scenario, whats a good course of action.

  • family issues with brother and sister in law - need help?

I am hoping to get in contact with someone on here who has maybe been in a similar if not the exact scenario. Well my brother and his wife have now been living with my mom for about seven months now. They moved back from California after my brother got out of the military. She was also in the military as well and had actually gone to school out on California to get her Bachelors in interior design. Well it's been 7 months and they have both regressed quite aways smoking pot everyday and they have both been unemployed since they got back. My brother is in school part time receiving a partial payment from the VA but that isn't nearly enough to cover their own bills much less helping my mom out with anything. They are both very selfish and self centered. They rarely if ever help out with anything around the house and the money they do have goes mostly to beer, pot and other frivalous things. When you ask her about her job situation she gets very defensive and states that she will not work any job that is not related to her degree because she feels its beneath her. I can't see how she plans on getting hired anywhere because she can't even pass a drug test, in fact she just failed a drug test that she thought drinking some stupid drink would mask her urine. My brother could easily pick something up part time to work between his school days but is just being lazy and selfish and will not just get off his butt and find anything for right now to just help my mom out with the bills there. The reason my mom will not just kick them out is because they obviously have no where else to go and because of my niece that lives their with them also. My mom and step dad are at a loss here and don't know what to do. I want to see if maybe there is a way for my mom to take custody of my neice so they can just kick my brother and her out. I am trying to find a way that an ultimatum can be given to them to kick them out if they don't start getting their asses in gear. Has any one been in a simlilar scenario, any advise would help.

  • Is running really the bad for your knees?

My wife is seriously tripping out because I want to run three times a week. She says that it's bad for my knees and only wants me to do it once a week. I love to run though and I have no pain when running and never have, she says she doesn't want me to end up cripplied and not able to walk. Is she right, should I do other excercises for cardio and just run once a week or is she just exagerating. Need some advice on this.

  • do like guys and girls attract each other?

I have seriously given some thought to the whole thing with attractive women liking only bad boys and losers and I think I have come to see it for what it really is and that is that girls that are losers and/or have issues attract and get with guys that are losers and/or have issues. I think ab have come to see that the girls who get with and choose to devote their time to this type of guys are just as big of screw ups as the guy they are with is.

I have a step brother that is the definition of a guy that would be considered a "bad boy" and a loser. He lives with his mom and has no plans of moving out because he would rather not have any responsibilities so he can go out and party and not have anything to worry about. He has a job that he got through where his dad works but shows up maybe three days out of the week to work, his boss is just too nice of a guy to fire him like he should and that is the only reasons he actually still works where he does, other than that he hasn't held a job for more than one or two months at a time whether he would get fired for continuosly showing up late or he would just all together quit.

His list of accomplisgments the he has openly bragged about include how many bars he has been kicked out of, how many hangovers he has had coming into work, some of the wild parties he has been to, so pretty much anything concerning drinking and drugs. He has money for 60 dollar pants, $30 shirts mostly through his momma who spoils him rotten and enables his behavior.

He loves and craves attention and drama and is often very loud when he is out and about and will often make it a point to have his conversation heard if he is on the phone. He has a mohawk that spikes up and that he will often add color to before a night out at the bar. He does things like wears his sunglasses in doors, his cap sideways, pretty much all that behavior that guys with "swag" do. As you can also guess he is also a drug user and a small time dealer. He has already gotten a DUI and served 30 days in jail and upon getting out posted on facebook how he is looking forward to getting wasted that same night. He brags about that as if it is his biggest acomplihment.

He owes all kinds of people money, like his lawyer and his dad but doesn't care. He doesn't help his momma out with anything around the house and as soon as anything concerning responsibilty comes up he is gone and no where to be found. So I think I have given a good idea of the kind of guy that he is and that he fits a good description of the kind of dumbass that a lot of girls seem to fall for.

I think about the kind of girls that he has been in an actual relationship with and they all have pretty much been just as big of a screw up as he is and have had lots of issues with self esteem and making good decisions. Just like him they have all been into the drug culture. One or two of his exes have also gotten a DUI. Just like him they also crave attrention and drama. Things like "why are you talking to her" and just a lot of high school bulls(h)it. None of them have had any plans for their life and live just for the things he does which is to party and get trashed. The only other exception to this is his previous girlfriend who was like 19 and just barely a year out of high school, who really doesn't know any better and won't question the choices that he makes.

Regardless of age. I have come to see that a girl who is confident, who has goals and ambitions is not going to devote their time to dealing with the antics and troubles of a guy like my step brother. This explains why I have never seen him with a woman that has stability in her life and why they have all pretty much been like him. This is a rough summary but I feel it holds a lot of truth to it. So is this the truth of it all when it comes to girls that like bad boys, is it safe to say screw ups attract screw ups and stable people attract other stable people?

  • Renting an apartment with a felony?

I am hoping to possibly reach out to either an apartment manager, landlord, or tenant that was able to rent somewhere with the circumstances I am mentioning. Ok, here's my story. My wife and I are looking to move out of my in laws house and into a place of our own. I recently got promoted in my job from a contractor to a full time employee and got a very good pay raise. We have both really worked hard to improve our credit scores and I know we will qualify in terms of credit and income for a place but the problem is that she is a felon. She had picked up a felony charge for 4 years ago for a DUI and is currently on probabtion. I am just trying to see if there is anything that can be done for her to plead her case to an apartment manger and what might be something that can go over well so we can get a chance. She has gotten herself together, doesn't drink anymore and has not been in anymore trouble since she got her DUI. She is great mother and wife. What are some good ways to go about this. We are looking to rent in an area of town that is safe. We can afford a nice place.

  • potty training for my 3 year old?

My wife and I have been trying to get my son potty trained and he is just not taking to it. I take him in to the bathroom with me when I go to pee and my wife during the day will be asking him if he needs to go potty to try and catch him to sit him on the potty before he goes but he just doesn't seem to be taking to it. What are some other ways to get him trained and get him to take to it?

  • where are all the nice attractive women?

My question is where are all the attractive girls who like to do other things besides drinking, partying and using drugs. It seems that the lesser attractive overweight girls are the only girls that can hold an intelligent conversation and have any type of morals nowadays. I guess because they have to make up for their lack of looks in personality. All the hot girls just like to drink, party and do drugs. If it doesn't involve getting hammered they aren't interested. I don't think what I am saying is shallow because everyone one desires a potential romantic partner or even a fling that they are physically attracted to. I am not saying that what's on the inside doesn't count because it definitley does. My question is where are all the non party girls that are also attractive, where do they hide out at? You just don't see them around like you do the party girls or the unattractive girl. I really need some answers here to understand this.

  • information for allergy disability for Iraq war vet?

I am an Iraqi Freedom vet who served from Sept 2004 to March of 2005 and I am trying to see if there are any other vets out there that are having the same issues I am having with a re ocurring cough spells and severe allergies that were not present prior to service. I have had pretty much non stop congestion and phlem since my service and a cough spells that have pretty much been off and on since my time over there, sometimes very severe for the cough spells that I will throw up excess phlem. I am really convinced that this is service connected as I did not have these issues prior to being deployed over to Iraq. I already have a service connected disability for other issues so I am familiar with the process for filling a claim. I am just hopefully trying to make the connection with another vet that has had the same issues who has filled a claim. I just need to know what did you file the claim under, what documentation did you need to submit for further proof, just looking for a good starting point on this.

  • what is the connection between drama, partying and sleeping around?

I am just trying to understand the whole connection between drama and people that sleep around and party. I know this one girl that lived in my hometown and was the definition of a drama queen. It was always one thing after another, whether it was her finding out that so and so talked sh(i)t about her, that she found out her boyfriend talked to another girl that she knew, things like someone distorting the truth on who she had gotten with at party and such and such. She actually moved out of my hometown to supposedly get away form the drama but to no suprise just made a new set of dram where she moved to.

My cousin who lives in my hometown still is not too far behind on this she sleeps around and loves to hang out at the bars and party, but with her it's always someone that has talked sh(i)t about her or offended her somehow. It's whoever saying she is briging dudes over to her house and her saying she isn't. I am just trying to understand this whole culture and the connection between drama, partying and sleeping around. How do they go hand in hand? If I can get a take on this scenario.

  • why are "white trash" live like they live?

Why are white trash the way they are, which is, ignorant, loud, every other word out of their mouth a curse word, smoking in a house that is filthy and smells, and most of all just craving drama and confrontations. My wife and I stay away from them because we are educated and don't want any part of their drama fest. My sister and law and her family are the definition of "white trash". What is the science behind this seriously? why would anyone want to live in filth and be uneducated, how can they be ok with this and want this lifestyle they choose. I need some clarification to understand what could possibly be appealing about this lifestyle.

  • why certain people in the ghetto harass others?

I was listening to a story my co worker was telling me about how he got harrased by this group of thugs just walking in a really bad area in Saginaw Michigan, fortunatley he got to his car before it escalated but he wasn't bothering no body and just minding his business and these guys start grilling him about who he is and where he's from, they were very confrontational and loud from what he was telling me. Why are some people like this in bad neighborhoods, why do they want to harass people that are just minding their own business, is it becuase they are frustrated with their situation living in the ghetto, is it to show that they are supposedly "tough" I am just trying to understand this behavior from these kind of people bothering people that are not bothering anypmne else. What is the science behind it?
