Why is that the hair on your head grows so long when the rest of your hair will only grow to relatively short lengths. Even Chimps and other apes don't grow long head hair so why do humans.

could it be true? it would seem so seeing as how most murder,rape and violent crime is committed by men but is there something more to it?

I have heard they there are indeed many health benefits to being circumcised but I've also heard that the benefits are so small that it isn't worth getting circumcised over so what exactly are the health benefits of being circumcised.

P.S. I'm talking about actual health benefits not that its more aesthetically pleasing to women to be circumcised or anything like that.
