(1 Peter 5:8) . . .Keep YOUR senses, be watchful. Your adversary, the Devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour [someone]. (1 Timothy 4:1) However, the inspired utterance says definitely that in later periods of time some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired utterances and teachings of demons, (2 Thessalonians 2:2) not to be quickly shaken from your reason nor to be excited either through an inspired expression or through a verbal message or through a letter as though from us, to the effect that the day of Jehovah is here. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses it is my duty to my God to preach about his kingdom and what is his purpose for all mankind. Occasionally as I am imperfect I make mistakes, but that wont stop me from serving whole-souled as to Jehovah, and not to men.

  • How do you understand this quote "Earth and the works in it will be discovered."?

(2 Peter 3:10) 10 Yet Jehovah’s day will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a hissing noise, but the elements being intensely hot will be dissolved, and earth and the works in it will be discovered.

During the great tribulation, Jehovah will lay bare Satan’s world, exposing it as being against Him and His Kingdom and thus deserving of destruction. (Isa. 26:21) Those who have been molded by the world and its evil spirit will display their true nature, even slaughtering one another. In fact, it could well be that the numerous forms of violent entertainment popular today are conditioning the minds of many for the time when each man’s hand “will actually come up against the hand of his companion.” (Zech. 14:13) How important, then, that we reject anything—movies, books, video games, and so on—that may engender within us traits that are detestable to God, such as pride and the love of violence! (2 Sam. 22:28; Ps. 11:5) Rather, let us cultivate the fruitage of God’s holy spirit, for such qualities will prove to be incombustible when the figurative heat is on.—Gal. 5:22, 23. w10 7/15 1:8, 9

  • Why in Any congregation should there be no division, united in same mind and same line of thought?

A true Christian recognises that a true faith all who are part of that faith should all be speaking the same language spiritually (1 Corinthians 1:10) . . .Now I exhort YOU, brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that YOU should all speak in agreement, and that there should not be divisions among YOU, but that YOU may be fitly united in the same mind and in the same line of thought.

Go to a church of Christendom on a Sunday and listen to the sermon go to another Church of same faith and hear a sermon of same thought but quoted differently even scriptures are different.

Go to a True Christian faith ie Jehovah's Witnesses hear a talk that is been spoken worldwide in the morning then go to another Kingdom Hall in the afternoon and hear same talk and same scriptures. Anywhere in the world JW's speak in agreement and preach in agreement whole souled as to Jehovah their God.

  • Are you having your ears tickled as regards the truth about God and his purpose for mankind and the earth?

(2 Timothy 4:3, 4) . . .For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories.

(Titus 1:14) paying no attention to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn themselves away from the truth.

(2 Peter 1:16) No, it was not by following artfully contrived false stories that we acquainted YOU with the power and presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, but it was by having become eyewitnesses of his magnificence.

(1 Timothy 1:10) fornicators, men who lie with males, kidnappers, liars, false swearers, and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching

  • Guard against every sort of covetousnes, Does this give you an abundance for life from the things you possess?

Material possessions, no matter how costly or fancy, cannot give us life or true happiness. Only God can. “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need,” said Jesus. (Matthew 5:3) The commercial world, on the other hand, equates happiness with material things. ‘Buy, buy, buy,’ it says. ‘You must have the latest.’ Do not be deceived. Instead, be wise. Analyze your motives and needs before parting with your hard-earned money. Remember, too, that many high-tech products rapidly depreciate in value. So if you do need a certain gadget, ask yourself: ‘Must I have the very latest? And do I need one with all the costly extras, which I may never use?’

    A Blessing or a Curse—Your Choice

Katherine, mentioned earlier, was alarmed when her home computer failed. “At first I was in shock,” she says, “but I decided to postpone replacing it. After a month, my nerves were more relaxed, and I read more. I use a computer at work, so I can still keep in touch with my friends outside of work hours. But I no longer feel driven to be constantly connected. Technology no longer rules my life.”

To be sure, many products of science and technology are practical and can save us much time and energy. So by all means use them if you need to, but do so responsibly and considerately. How? Put people before technology. Avoid squandering precious time and money on gadgets or software that you do not need. Do not use the Internet and other media to watch moral filth and violence. And do not become a technology “addict.” In short, be wise—apply the divinely inspired, time-tested principles found in God’s written Word, the Holy Bible. Yes, “Jehovah himself gives wisdom; out of his mouth there are knowledge and discernment.”—Proverbs 2:6.

  • Why should Jehovah's Witnesses Be Courageously Witnessing in an Ungodly World for YOUR benefit?

(Jude 14-23) . . .“Look! Jehovah came with his holy myriads, 15 to execute judgment against all, and to convict all the ungodly concerning all their ungodly deeds that they did in an ungodly way, and concerning all the shocking things that ungodly sinners spoke against him.” 16 These men are murmurers, complainers about their lot in life, proceeding according to their own desires, and their mouths speak swelling things, while they are admiring personalities for the sake of [their own] benefit. 17 As for you, beloved ones, call to mind the sayings that have been previously spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, 18 how they used to say to you: “In the last time there will be ridiculers, proceeding according to their own desires for ungodly things.” 19 These are the ones that make separations, animalistic [men], not having spirituality. 20 But you, beloved ones, by building up yourselves on your most holy faith, and praying with holy spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love, while you are waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ with everlasting life in view. 22 Also, continue showing mercy to some that have doubts; 23 save [them] by snatching [them] out of the fire. But continue showing mercy to others, doing so with fear, while you hate even the inner garment that has been stained by the flesh.

(2 Timothy 3:1-7) . . .But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6 For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7 always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.

Since 1914 we are all living in the 'last days critical times hard to deal'

(Matthew 24:3) 3 While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?”

(Matthew 24:14) . . .And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come. . .

(Romans 10:13-15) 13 For “everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.” 14 However, how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach? 15 How, in turn, will they preach unless they have been sent forth? Just as it is written: “How comely are the feet of those who declare good news of good things!”

  • How, then, are we to understand Jesus’ words about “this generation”?

This generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur.—Matt. 24:34.

Although we cannot measure the exact length of “this generation,” we do well to keep in mind several things about the word “generation”: It usually refers to people of varying ages whose lives overlap during a particular time period; it is not excessively long; and it has an end. (Ex. 1:6) How, then, are we to understand Jesus’ words about “this generation”? He evidently meant that the lives of the anointed who were on hand when the sign began to become evident in 1914 would overlap with the lives of other anointed ones who would see the start of the great tribulation. That generation had a beginning, and it surely will have an end. The fulfillment of the various features of the sign clearly indicates that the tribulation must be near. By maintaining your sense of urgency and keeping on the watch, you show that you are keeping up with advancing light and following the leadings of holy spirit.—Mark 13:37.But what I say to YOU I say to all, Keep on the watch.” w10 4/15 2:13, 14

(Proverbs 4:18, 19) . . .But the path of the righteous ones is like the bright light that is getting lighter and lighter until the day is firmly established. 19 . . .

(Habakkuk 2:3) . . .For [the] vision is yet for the appointed time, and it keeps panting on to the end, and it will not tell a lie. Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it; for it will without fail come true. It will not be late.

  • Will your Life in the New World Will it ever Be Boring?

    *** watchtower 1999 4/15 p. 9 *** The Only Way to Everlasting Life

In that new world, we will be able to use our magnificent brain in the way our Creator meant us to when he designed it with unlimited learning capacity. Why, just imagine the marvelous things we might accomplish! Even imperfect humans have produced from the storehouse of elements in the earth everything we see around us—cellular phones, microphones, watches, pagers, computers, airplanes, yes, name any item. None of them were made from materials they brought from a faraway place in the universe. With endless life before us, the potential for creative achievement in the coming earthly Paradise will be limitless!—Isaiah 65:21-25.

18 And life will not be boring. Even now we look forward to our next meal, although we may have eaten tens of thousands of meals. In human perfection, we will enjoy to a heightened degree the delicious produce of the Paradise earth. (Isaiah 25:6) And we will have the eternal pleasure of caring for earth’s abundant animal life and enjoying its spectacular sunsets, mountains, rivers, and valleys. Truly, life will never become monotonous in God’s new world!—Psalm 145:16.

But you who don'tor didn't believe will never enjoy this prospect because you wont be there to benefit.

Would you expect to receive God’s grand gift of everlasting life in Paradise without any effort on your part? Is it not reasonable that God would require something? Surely it is. God does not, in effect, just throw the gift at us. He extends it to us, but we must reach out and take it. Yes, effort is involved. (John 3:36) . . .He that exercises faith in the Son has everlasting life; he that disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.

But it is more important to seek to know the truth about our Creator and his purposes. (Isaiah 55:6) Is such a search possible? If so, how important is this search to you?

  • Blood Transfusions: Why did a Famed surgeon speaks in favour of avoiding blood transfusions, he isn't a JW's?

(Acts 15:29) . . .to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication. If you carefully keep yourselves from these things, you will prosper. Good health to you!”

LEEDS, ENGLAND—“If you ever operate on a doctor, they will not be hammering on your door wanting a blood transfusion, that is for sure. They go to great lengths to avoid one, and I would,” said Mr. Stephen Pollard, a leading transplant surgeon in Britain. “Apart from a financial savings, patients are much happier without it. Patients get better more quickly if they don't require a blood transfusion.”

Mr. Pollard’s remarks followed a unique bloodless kidney transplant at St. James Hospital in Leeds on March 10, 2000. Mr. Alf Hoyle, one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, was given new life by his wife in an operation in which her kidney was transplanted to him.

“Three things have come together to make this unique,” said a hospital spokesman quoted in The Herald of Glasgow, Scotland. “It was a bloodless operation, it was a non-related donor between husband and wife, and the couple are Jehovah’s Witnesses.”

Although Hoyle’s case was unusual, it is an example of a growing trend in medical care—the use of medical and surgical techniques that avoid donor blood. Around 100 similar procedures have been carried out at the St. James Hospital. These pioneering operations done in Leeds and elsewhere are pushing surgical science forward for the benefit of all.

A sign of the international interest in non-blood medicine is the First European Congress on Bloodless Health Care to be held in Geneva on May 11-12, 2000. About 1,000 physicians are expected to attend the congress, where they will learn how to accommodate a growing number of requests for bloodless treatment.

“Avoidance of *allogeneic transfusion is becoming the new gold standard of care,” according to an announcement published by the congress’ Scientific Committee. “With transfusion practice still varying widely in Europe, both nationally and internationally, clinicians need easy access to a broad overview of blood conservation methods and alternatives to allogeneic blood transfusion to offer this kind of quality care.”

Jehovah’s Witnesses accept medical treatment for themselves and their children, but refuse blood transfusions because Christians are commanded to ‘abstain from blood.’ (Acts 15:20) The Bible does not comment on organ transplants; this is a matter of patient choice.

    * Allogeneic stem cell transplantation is a procedure in which a person receives blood-forming stem cells(cells from which all blood cells develop) from a genetically similar, but not identical, donor. This is often a sister or brother, but could be an unrelated donor. Stem cells can be harvested from a newborn's umbilical cord.

(Genesis 9:4) Only flesh with its soul—its blood—you must not eat.

(Leviticus 3:17) “‘It is a statute to time indefinite for your generations, in all your dwelling places: you must not eat any fat or any blood at all.’”

(Leviticus 7:26) “‘And you must not eat any blood in any places where you dwell, whether that of fowl or that of beast.

(Leviticus 17:10) “‘As for any man of the house of Israel or some alien resident who is residing as an alien in your midst who eats any sort of blood, I shall certainly set my face against the soul that is eating the blood, and I shall indeed cut him off from among his people.

(Deuteronomy 12:16) Only the blood you must not eat. On the earth you should pour it out as water.

(Deuteronomy 12:23) Simply be firmly resolved not to eat the blood, because the blood is the soul and you must not eat the soul with the flesh.

(1 Samuel 14:32) And the people began darting greedily at the spoil and taking sheep and cattle and calves and slaughtering them on the earth, and the people fell to eating along with the blood.

  • What Has Satan’s Way of Governing Proved?

    *** w10 1/15 p. 25 par. 8 Satan’s Way of Ruling Sure to Fail ***

8 What misery could have been spared the human family if humans had rejected Satan’s advances and refused to strike out for independence from God’s rule! Still, Jehovah’s decision to allow humans to rule themselves for a time has had benefits. It has deeply impressed on righthearted individuals the wisdom of listening to God and of trusting in him. Over the centuries, humans have experimented with numerous kinds of governments, but not one of them has proved to be ideal. That fact has served to strengthen worshippers of God in their conviction that Jehovah’s way of governing is indeed best. Granted, Jehovah’s permission of Satan’s wicked rulership has resulted in hardships for mankind, including for those who faithfully worship God. Still, the temporary permission of wickedness has also resulted in benefits for these faithful worshippers.

Some may wonder why Jehovah did not prevent humans from taking sides with Satan and from following an alternative plan for governing that was certain to fail. As God Almighty, he could surely have done so. (Ex. 6:3) Nevertheless, he held back. His wisdom dictated that temporarily refraining from interfering in man’s rebellion would in the long run work out for the best. Eventually, Jehovah would be vindicated as being a righteous and loving Ruler, and faithful humans would benefit from God’s decision

  • Yes only 144,000 will be in heaven, the great crowd will inherit the earth. Why is that so hard to believe?

Being born again involves being baptized in water (“born from water”) and begotten by God’s spirit (“born from . . . spirit”), thus becoming a son of God with the prospect of sharing in the Kingdom of God. (John 3:3-5) Jesus had this experience, as do the 144,000 who are heirs with him of the heavenly Kingdom.

Born again Christian are not of the little flock as how many Born again's are their in the world. Heres a question for you if born again's are going to heaven as in the bible it says only 144,000 what will happen to the rest who have not gone to heaven. Born again's are a cult.

Matthew 6:9-13 if you didn't know where to find the lords prayer and do you recite them believing that God (title) will pardon your errors because you repeat the same words over and over again. (Matthew 6:7) . . .But when praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words.

  • How Often Should the Memorial Be Commemorated, and When? Some faiths do it ever week or months is this correct?

If you commemorate an important event, such as a wedding anniversary, or if a nation commemorates an important event in its history, how often is it done? Once a year on the anniversary date.

Jesus did not specifically state how often it was to be done. He simply said: “Keep doing this in remembrance of me.” (Luke 22:19)

Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day or Armistice Day) is a memorial day observed in Commonwealth countries and is observed on 11 November to recall the official end of World War I on that date in 1918.

Jehovah’s Witnesses observe the Memorial after sundown on Nisan 14, according to the reckoning of the Jewish calendar that was common in the first century. The Jewish day begins at sundown and extends until the following sundown. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nisan_14.

You are all invited to attend this memorial of Jesus' death at many Kingdom hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, you are not required to give a donation or be a Christian as Jesus & Jehovah are not partial and you are not segregated like in some faiths whites in one door and black in other door, I have seen this still even in the UK, Yet Christ was probably dark skinned and was definitely from an Asian country.

All Jehovah's Witnesses sit together in the halls and will show you respect and try to help you understand what is being said, Take your own bible as they use Bibles to prove what is being said comes from God's word and not from their own understanding. Unless you are afraid/scared and will be hurt from hearing truths that will be shown to you in God's Word the Bible

Please show respect and they will always show you respect and don't listen to anyone else who will say lies about Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Isn't it best to find out for yourself rather than hear slander and miss out of what being a Witness of Jehovah is about.

  • True Christians, Surely it is in vain that you have cleansed my heart?

Have the thoughts that the psalmist recorded as found at Psalm 73:1-12 ever come into your mind? If so, there is no need to feel excessively guilty or to think that your faith is crumbling. Actually, a number of Jehovah’s servants, including some whom Jehovah used to write the Bible, had similar thoughts. (Job 21:7-13; Ps. 37:1; Jer. 12:1; Hab. 1:1-4, 13) Indeed, all who desire to serve Jehovah must come to grips with and accept the answer to this problem: Is serving and obeying God the best thing to do? This reflects the issue that Satan raised in the garden of Eden. It is central to the universal question of divine sovereignty. (Gen. 3:4, 5) So all of us do well to consider the matter that the psalmist raised. Should we envy wicked boasters who seem to be getting along just fine? Should we ‘turn aside’ from serving Jehovah and imitate them? That, of course, is exactly what Satan would like us to do. w10 6/15 1:9, 10

  • What is Jehovah's Day?

Everyone outside Jehovah's Kingdom will be judged no man can judge another But Jehovah will in his Day.

A Day to Jehovah is a thousand years.

(Matthew 24:36) 36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.

(1 Thessalonians 5:1-5) . . .Now as for the times and the seasons, brothers, YOU need nothing to be written to YOU. 2 For YOU yourselves know quite well that Jehovah’s day is coming exactly as a thief in the night. 3 Whenever it is that they are saying: “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly upon them just as the pang of distress upon a pregnant woman; and they will by no means escape. 4 But YOU, brothers, YOU are not in darkness, so that that day should overtake YOU as it would thieves, 5 for YOU are all sons of light and sons of day. We belong neither to night nor to darkness.

His wrath is against all who deny and don't use his name in their daily life, who live for themselves and who give their worship to his Son Jesus yet Jesus said ' no one gets to their Boss except through the secretary' (John 14:6) . . .No one comes to the Father except through me.
