When I ice it and it goes numb is the only time the pain goes away. Also when I take Advil or other pills the pain doesn t seem to go away... If anyone can help with the pain that would be great! I can t sleep :(

I have been thinking about becoming a nurse, more specifically a pediatric oncology nurse, and I know the work days a super long (sometimes 12-16 hour shifts) but do you think that in years to come there will be enough nurses so that nurses won t have to work long shifts like this?
