  • What is your experience with Freedom Financial Management?

We have a large amount of credit card debt and are considering debt negotiation through Freedom Financial. They say that we can pay off our debt in three years time and that while our credit rating will initially be affected, by the time the debt is paid, the negative rating will be mitigated. Has anyone used this service (or a similar one)?

  • Signs of pregnancy with multiples?

I had an IUI last Thursday. I had 3 mature eggs, with a 4th one that was "close". If more than one egg fertilized, will I feel pregnancy symptoms sooner- sore breasts, nausea, tiredness? Would love any insights. Thanks!

  • The Jungle-- why is this book a classic?

I'm supposed to read Upton Sinclair's The Jungle by Sunday and I'm finding it *really* arduous. I know that this book lead to major reform in the meat packing industry and the FDA but as a novel, I'm not into it. Have you read this book? What are your thoughts? Is it a classic because of the effect it had on society? Or is there something I'm missing/haven't come to yet that will make it seem like a classic?

My expectation of a classic is that there is either something brilliant and timeless in the story itself or the story is so artfully told that it transcends the ages. Which, if either, of these categories does The Jungle fit into?

    Thanks for your help.
