I would love to know what my chances are to land a job on Wall Street.?
I'm currently studying Business Management at The Open University while also working part-time as a Financial Consultant in company based in Germany, I am also reading books as much as I can about Investments, free market Economy and Business (e.g. The Intelligent Investor, Security Analysis, Warren Buffett Accounting Book, Bob Vause Economist Guide to Analyzing Companies, The Interpretation of Financial Statements, Basic Economics by Thomas Sowell etc.). Not only that, but I am also trying to learn the programming language Python when I have free time which is hard to find, because sales skills are important on Wall Street I bought the course (Straight Line Persuasion) and the book (Way of the Wolf) of Jordan Belfort which improved my sales by a lot. Once I get my degree I will get the Microdegree from Financial Edge which is a Wall Street recognized degree and is used by top 4 Investment banks. I am not sure how important that is, but I also know three languages English, German and Bulgarian. I know that my degree from The Open University won't be the same as a degree from Harvard, but I work very hard in order to get as many skills as possible to have as and sometimes sleep less than 3-4 hours a day. I hope that's enough information about me :)

Should I file taxes for my 10 year old daughter who earned $350?
Favorite Answer:They don’t make enough. It’s $12,000 per person.
The only reason to report it it is if you want to get a jumpstart on their earnings. Your social security is based on the salary of your last 20 years so the earlier she starts, the more money she’ll get when she retires.

Accounting 101 basics: financial statements ?
Favorite Answer:I took 201 and 202. My only issue was grasping credit and debit and no intrinsic meaning and the professor had office hours posted. I showed up during office hours one day and he helped me. That's what he is paid to do. I made Bs without spending almost any time outside of class on it.

Should you tell HR about neurodiverse conditions?
Favorite Answer:If you will need any change or accommodation in how your are treated or trained, and or in expectations on your performance, you need to speak with your supervisor. They can help decide if it is something that needs to be brought to HR or not. Neurodivers conditions like Autism and ADHD fall under the ADA, so an employer with more than 50 employees is required to make a good faith effort to accommodate your needs.
The only reason anyone would tell other employees about your condition is if it is necessary. For example, if your boss wants another employee to walk you through a process and you'll need that done for you several times, it would be valuable for the other employee to know how to handle that situation. When you are interviewed, if you feel anything about the job will be an issue for you, it is your responsibility to bring this up. Sometimes employers will ask "is there any reason you won't be able to perform the duties as described?"

What is the role of the hiring manager?
Favorite Answer:They are the manager you would report to. They will primarily determine if your skills and background are suitable and also asses you personally to see if you "fit in". The recruiter makes an initial assessment on these items, but also determines your eligibility to be hired legally, runs the background check etc.

Stepping stone to Financial Analyst positions?
I am thinking that I want to become a Financial Analyst. I just need to be able to work while going to school (I plan to go to school online, which right now seems to be the main option anyway due to COVID). I just was wondering what kind of decent paying jobs there are that don't require a degree or at most an associates degree (and if so what type of major for the associates). My wife and I are trying to start a family and get out of a tiny apartment, so I need to try to get a better paying job while going to school. So what are some relevant jobs that I may look into that may be accessible without lots of education and time?

Does a bookkeeper certification last forever or does it expire and need to be renewed?
I passed my bookkeeper certification exam last August after being part of a program that paid for my college courses. With this year almost over I am worried that it may run out. But if a certification is permanent once you get it I would like to know that I have nothing to worry about. It was a pain to have to complete the exam the first time and since I don't have a job due to COVID-19 happening this year, I don't have the money to pay to retake the exam.
