My mother has started a new diet plan known as the Candida diet. Part of this diet requires that she stays away from all forms of wheat flour, as well as white sugar, and various forms of sugar or sweet fruits. She can only use a sugar alternative known as xylitol. I love to bake, and because she can't have sugar, it's very difficult to make something she can eat. I've already started substituting flour with oat, coconut, almond and buckwheat flours, but so far I haven't changed over the sugar. Xylitol is expensive, and it doesn't measure exactly cup for cup with sugar...it makes it very difficult to use with our budget. However, I would like to find more recipes that use xylitol as it's key sweetener. If you know of any recipes, or a place I can find some, please help!

Common question I'm sure we've all heard from time to time. But really...what are you willing to do for free gas? Be butt naked wearing a sandwich bored saying thing like "I'm getting free gas to do this in the snow"? Recently, a father in Orlando Flordia gave the rights to name his unborn son to two radio personalities. The boy's name will be Dixon and Willoughby Partin ((the 'and' is included)). How much free gas is this father-to-be getting? $100. Which he will get when they show the radio hosts the birth certificate. So really, how far would you go to get free gas?

Like I said, I have 3 cats....2 are my roommates, the other is mine. Mine is 5 years old, hers are 2. Mine is fixed, hers are not. Recently, the girls have become very aggressive towards my cat, to the point where they have him afraid to come out of my room to use the kitty litter and to eat. Every time he does, he's attacked. My room mate and I don't see eye to eye on how this issue can be resolved without one of us giving up our cats, and thats the last thing we want. Is there anything we can do to stop the cats from being so aggressive with each other?

Okay, here's the thing....now that the warm weather has set in, my fans tend to kick into high gear whenever I'm running my photoshop program or videos. It does quick little jolts, slows down, and speeds up. I've checked the fan a few times and its working fine. My processor isn't heating up or over heating (parents processor fried about a year ago, so I know the difference) However, I noticed that the stick of ram I have in my computer is waaaaaaay hotter than anything else in the computer. If it is my RAM thats over heating, what should I do? I've considered getting a second fan, but I can't install..don't know how too...I've also considered buying another stick of RAM, that might be all it needs. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? What should I do? I have an Acer model, just over a year old, AMD Sempheron, Windows XP. Help!

My best friend's boyfriend decides to call me up and say "Hey, I don't think I can do this any more, I've been considering breaking up with her since January, but I don't know how. Its just not worth it for me any more." All I could tell him was if he seriously felt like he could no longer contribute to thier relationship and he really felt he needed to go, then thats what he should do. After saying that, I felt like I had just giving him permission to break up with my best friend and now, all I can think about is how she's going to react. I want to tell her about the conversation...I want to tell her he wants to break up with her, and as her best friend, I feel that its my obligation to...at the same time, its just not my place to spill the beans. He needs to do this himself. I'm stuck in the middle, and I'm completely lost and I don't know what to do. Do I tell her everything, or do I sit back and watch while her heart is broken?

Okay, I have noticed this red dot on my nose that I honestly thought was a pimple. I've had it for just a little over a year and half or so. I tried popping it once (bad idea) and it just bled. It went away for a couple of weeks after that, but then returned. I do tend to sneeze alot and I'm always blowing my nose. It bled again just recently and I have no idea what it is. I had one on my cheek that went away, but this one isn't going away. Some of the reading I've done suggests its a broken blood vessel, but do they actually bleed like that? If anyone has any other information about broken capillaries, or what this might be, please help me.

What does someone have to do to really be in the doghouse? I mean, I've heard that saying so much for the littlest things "Mike didn't take out the trash so he's in the doghouse tonight" Honestly, when's the best time to really say you're literally in the doghouse? This can apply to girls as well as guys. Enlighten me.
