i have a Haier 19in lcd (model number HL22K1a) and it seams to be having problems with it's power supply, if i could find a new one i could fix it, so where can i find the right type of power supply?

I am having a problem with a programming lesson on Visual Basic 2008 express edition. the lesson titled "Reading from a Text File" it is part of several lessons that tell you how too make a picture viewer. any way the problem i am having is when i hit F5 (which starts the program) it says "name 'MyReader' is not declared" but i know it is, here is the code that in the program is there some obvious error that i am missing?
