Movies that are mind- bending movies any genre is fine please I need some quick

Okay it freak me out also scare me. My cat go outside, but when he come back in sometimes he have a wound that I can't quite cipher..... A deep hole, it is perfectly cirlce, and always come in the same spots his paw, not the pads but on his wrist and his neck... I really don't know what it could be and most of the time it smell....we can't take him to the vet cause the nearby one we can't trust.... Our last cat wasn't treated well there at ALL! What couldve causes this hole, gash whatever you wanna call it.

My friend got this huge red rash on her wrist. She said it itched badly then a few days later it left, just to return a couple of days later, but this time bigger, redder, and itcher... It had fine little bumps forming. The whole rash four days later they started to appear else where. Upper thighs, calfs, and arms.... All smaller then the first and not all itching... What could it be???
