With out just cause a law has no validity! It is ok for us to polute our most precious and valuable resourse, by urinating and deficating in it. It is suposed to be returned to the earth and is a crime to to do it any where else! Urine and feaces in water is still drinkable but not if left to fester it becomes dangerous to drink!

The only thing i have come across is the need for urine in 1600s for the manufacture of gun powder when every one was to provide the govorment with their urine.
