My son has been living with his girlfriend/fiance for 3 yrs. Initially he told me she was "crazy" because "jesus told her to stop being celebate just for him". I agreed with him! Later he admitted to loving her regardless and began a relationship with her.Long story short, he has now moved her in with him and plans to elope because his side of the family has issues with her, ie: she has alienated his Sister, Aunt, Uncle, & myself. She has already admitted to mental/emotional abuse in her past and although we/I have been open to helping her , she closed off and effectively has him railroaded into marrying her...yeah, not enough info, sorry! Suffice to say I trully believe my son is being brainwashed! Any suggestions are welcome...Possibly I'll just need to say Que sera sera :)

Can't keep the silly guy away from it when I do my nightly routine! Curious as to if it may actually be good for him considering he attacks it like cat nip :)

I've already been to court and he claims to be a "pauper". It's now been two months without him paying the registry the agreed rent!! Now I'm getting advise that I should give him more time (?) I have no money to fight this (obvious) squatter in court..what can I do??

The sceneario:

My boyfriends Mother is enabling (to put it lightly). She has just threatened to kick him out of "his" house (she rents it to him), because she is upset about paying off his credit card at the credit union.

1) He never asked her to pay off his debt and didn't even know she was aware of it.

2) Somehow (?) she got his information from the credit union although she hasn't co-signed anything for him and they don't have a joint account. She has been a long time member of this particular branch however..

I suggested he sue the credit union..isn't this violating some privacy law or something? Then he can pay her back...OH! and what about Mom??? What should he say/do about her?

I got an (undeserved) cash cow! A friend gave me a "bunch of junk'" and I found a stash of cash among the trash. She said PLEASE keep this or give it away.... I gave some away, then later washed some clothing and "voila" $60 popped up in my dryer.Must of been in a pocket of a pair of pants.. Do I inform my friend what I found, or keep it?

My Uncle has exhausted his search skills (still has a rotary phone) and I love the old guy :)

Probably a silly question, but what the heck? My bridgework is not as bright as my real teeth. Any home remedy (non-toxic of course), for this? The Dentist offered no options other than replacing the bridge.

In an attempt to make a long story short, here goes:

My niece just lost custody of her two yr old baby to an emotionally and mentally abusive husband. He has also "thrown" objects at her in the past and has tried to keep her controlled and away from family and friends. She ran from Kansas to Idaho where my brother, (her father), is to seek shelter.

The court decided that was "kidnapping" because she didn't stay in Kansas to fight him.

The ex hubby/daddy is wealthy, has the finest lawyer, and essentially won custody. What is her next move? She is devastated. Our family has called the Natl. Domestic Violence Hot line, Legal Aid, etc.and (so far), there is not much that can be done. .. Any wise advise??

The problem is his family is wealthy,they have the best lawyers in Wyoming,and even though he was (is) abusive, and she has a restraining order against him so far he seems to be winning!!
