  • Paying back Medicaid in GA?

Me and my girlfriend have an 8 month old baby boy. We are both students and have very little income. When she became pregnant, we researched insurance and it was extremely expensive, and we were unable to afford it, and turned to Medicaid. I did not have to sign any papers for Medicaid, and I was never informed that I was going to be held responsible for his medical bills. Neither was she! Neither of us were notified, and I am kinda pissed that I was not given an option beforehand.

So my questions are this: Am I liable for the actual birth, prenatal, or just the bills accrued after he was legitimized as mine? I am not a resident of GA as I am only here to go to school, but the State of GA is coming after me, and I am not sure what they are going to be looking for, and am trying to get a better idea. Again, We are both students with limited income, and I take care of all my child's needs both financially, physically, and emotionally. I am very involved in my child's life, and am still "with" his mother.

Can someone please help shed some light on this issue... can they come after a non-resident? What bills am I responsible for? And why was I never notified to be given an option of finding insurance, or going through my school for insurance?

The only thing we ever received was the "billing statement" from the actual delivery, and that was almost 12,000 dollars...

I appreciate anyone who can shed some light and possibly post some links to this exact type of information!

  • Why do Evolutionists still claim that evolution has been scientifically proven?

    Science according to dictionary.com is:

systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.

When has Evolution EVER been observed? I am not talking about micro-evolution, but Evolution. When has a dog ever became anything other then a dog that we have observed or tested?

    Theory, acording to dictionary.com is:

    contemplation or speculation

SO QUIT SAYING ITS FACT, ITS NOT. Evolutionism is a religion as well as creationsim. It takes faith to believe in evolution as it can not be tested or observed, same as my faith!

  • Why take dangerous drugs?

when your body has the ability to heal itself via vitalistic chiropractic.

Chiropractic is the science/art of removing nerve interference caused by misaligned vertebra (subluxtions).

If your T2 vertabra put pressure on the nerves that connect your heart to your brain, and your brain only gets half the signal from your heart, it WILL cause your blood pressure to raise. If you go to the docotr and s/he finds you ahve high blood pressure, they prescribe dangerous drugs. In reality, if you would eat healthier and get that nerve interference fixd by a chiropractor, then you wouldn;t need those drugs.

Your brain has he ability to tell you exactly what is wrong with your body befre it gets to that point if proper communication is allowed, and then it can fix it before it turns into cancer, etc etc etc...

Unfortunately, big pharma knows there is no money in healthy people, or dead people. They want you needing their drugs forever, that is how they make their money. QUIT feeding them, and get proper care.

  • How do I claim mileage when my job requires lots of it?

I am a civil process server. My job is literally to drive to people houses to serve papers to them. Foreclosure, divroce, other subponeas and summons to court for a private company. I am however not an "employee" of that company, but work as a subcontractor. How do I go about making sure my mileage is accounted for when filing my federal taxes?
