  • Name for a black female toy poodle?

I am going to be getting female black poodle puppy in a couple of weeks. I haven't seen her yet, but she is mostly black with a little white. Full grown, she'll be under 5lbs.

Names I like so far: Cashmere, Cinder, and Liquorice. Not sure that these are *right* though. They almost seem a little too comical. They don't seem to go with the others. See below.

Some helpful hints on the types of names we like. We have ferrets named Picasso and Davinci. Pico and Vinci respectably, as nicknames. We have rats named Basil and Gideon. We have hamsters named Pandora, Carson, Ford, Dex, and Sheppard. I also have a cat named Quinn. My fiance has a turtle named Void. His brother, Echo, passed away.

I don't *mind* people names, when they're awesome - like Quinn, Basil, and Gideon. I don't like bland/ordinary names.

I like names with meanings/connections. Void and Echo, for instance, were named because void was dark and echo was light. They were opposites but they complimented each other. The name also has to please my fiance. He named Void, Picasso, and Davinci. He wanted to name the dog Shade, if it had been a boy.

I thought that Hemingway was an awesome name, but it's definitely not fitting for a girl. Something based off a cool historical figure/character (Hemingway, Picasso, Davinci, Shakespere) would be cool. I can't think of a good girl equivalent, though. Abstract concepts (Echo/Void), a color/texture/object (Cashmere, for instance), or a cool person name (see above) are good things to consider.

    Thanks!

  • Eye Genetics; What color eyes will our future children have?

    Alright.

I have blue eyes. My biological mother and father have blue eyes also.

He has hazel eyes. Since he was adopted, I don't know the color of his parent's eyes. However. He has a sister and brother who both have brown eyes. His sister has a child with blue eyes. I don't know if that helps at all, but extra information couldn't hurt.

    Other predictions, if you want.

    I'm 5'5" and he's 5'11"

I have horribly light skin, he has a medium-darker skin tone that gets really dark in the summer.

We both have darker hair, and our family as well, so that's pretty much answered already.

I'm picturing a child that'll end up on the taller side with a medium skin tone and blue eyes.

    Any ideas? Thanks! =D

  • I feel like the "other woman" in my relationship?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for just over six months. Lately things have been getting so bad that all I do is cry. Even today, on my birthday. He still lives at home with his mother and I swear it feels like I'm dating a married man. He always has to please her. I love him so much, but this constant crying is not good for me. I know that. I understand his tough situation, being stretched between his mother and myself and I hate making this harder for him. At the same time, however, I can't help but feel like I'm getting the crappy end of the deal when he chooses to stay at home to please her rather than seeing me. I only get to see him on weekend because of our jobs and college. And now, he's decided that we shouldn't be staying together [overnight] as often as we should. Because [guess what?!] its upsets his mother. So the tiny bit of alone time that we had is going to be taken away. I guess that would be fine if she would calm down. But even though its my birthday and this weekend i'm going to be graduating, its still all about her. Every weekend, every second we have together, she's in it. Whether it's us at his house, doing things with her, or at my house [very infrequently] and she still has to call and complain because he's with me and not with her. Please, someone tell me what to do. I don't want to lose him. I love him so much. But I fear for my sanity.

I've recently lost a bit weight and wonder if it shows or not. I've asked family members to guess, but you can never get "real" answers from family.

  • Can you guess my weight?

Alright, well. I recently lost quite a bit of weight and I was just wondering if anyone can guess my current weight. My family was all sitting around trying to do it today and no one was even close! lol.

Weird in a way, but I am just curious 'how' I look to those outside my family.

  • Princess Recue Queen from Witch??

Hey there, when I was young.. somtime in the 90's I had a game that I really enjoyed, but through the years I lost it, and I would really love to find it again..

I don't know the name, or the maker.. but I do remember some things about it.

The main thing I remember is that it came with a pink wand that talked, and led you through the game.

The main characters were Amber, Sky, Rose and Violet, and they were 3D, sparkly and kinda see-through in the shape of girls. Amber was Yellow, Sky was blue, Rose was pink, and Violet was purple.

The main thing is you had to get through the castle (game board) and find keys, Mirrors, and some other things to be able to get to the tower, where the witch was. Sometimes you were unlucky and turned into a frog..

When you finally got to the end, where the witch was in the tower.. You could knock the witch off and rescue the queen..

I really would like to be able to find something about this game, even if its just a picture, or a name... Thanks!

  • Do you have a Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Ferret, Hamster, Mouse, Rat, or other small animal?

Please tell which Animal you have, what food you use, what bedding you use, the size of your cage, what other animals live together, and anyother information about that animal.

Please read the below information for the safty of your pets!

If you have a guinea pig (or anyother animal) its not just for the pigs. please check out this site- www.guineapigcages.com You can join the forum and ask questions. My username on there is wickedrodent so message me and tell me if you join.

    FACTS:

NEVER use ceder or pine bedding for ANY small animal, it will kill them.

Do not put any kind of drops in guinea pigs water, if you are feeding unlimited timothy hay and pellets (such as oxbow- www.oxbowhay.com) and fresh veggies you dont need it.

Runaround balls and wheels are NOT good for guinea pigs, and shouldnt be used.

Never house Guinea pigs and rabbits together!

Syrian hamsters (called teddybears by petstores) MUST be housed alone. For more help, or more info email me!

  • Should I go for it??

Well, I have been homeschooled since March 2004.. before I was homeschooled I had this wonderful boyfriend.. but when I moved a little ways away and didnt go to the school anymore (he still does) we decided to become friends.. We had lost touch for a while, but have recently been talking to eachother more and more.. first on instant messanger, than on the phone, and now we have even gone bowling together.. We spend a lot of time talking and he is a GREAT friend.. but I can't help but like him as more... I don't want to ruin our friendship becuase I woud rather have him as a friend than nothing at all, but I also can't help but wonder if he feels the same way.. What should I do...tell him how I feel.. or wait? Thanks!
