How does one clean shoes that have cement on them?
These are leather deck-type shoes. I think the tops have mainly cement powder residue, but the soles, and the edges of the soles, seem to have cement that has dried ON them. I don't want to ruin them if they can be saved. Anyone know the best way to tackle this problem?
