when i was young i used to rent this movie from blockbuster, it was a kids/childrens movie about a group of friends about 8 to 13 years old who believed that one of the kids neighbors was a killer. the kid would tell his dad but he thought he was crazy and didnt believe him. at the end of the movie one of them sneaks into the basement and finds a dead person in the freezer. i remember the group of kids would hangout in a old school bus with broken windows and graffiti or whatever. but thats about all i can remember it was probably from around 1990-2001
