I am on the green of a short par 4 putting and while my ball is rolling toward the hole, a ball that was hit from the tee base from the group behind us rolls on the green and collides with my ball while they are both in motion. Their name was Azziz or something like that. I wrote an answer to this person that they were going to be reported and I get docked 11 points by Yahoo! and get a nasty email about violation of policy.

Last time I checked, we kind of keep the nuclear power plants plans secret and don't go releasing them to everyone. So why am I the bad guy here??

I got divorced 9 years ago and my ex-wife was suppose to have my name taken off of the home loan. She never did this and I had to threaten legal action before she and her new husband went and refinanced the house, paying this loan off. Problem is that they fell behind many times and it affected my credit. I have a copy of the divorce decree which says she's responsible.

How do I get the loan company to remove this from my credit file or do i need to contact each bureau??

Try using mp3 player, flash drive or digital camera in the USB ports on front of computer and in back and getting "device not recognized" error message. I've already tried the uninstall the USB and restart the computer and get the same message. This happened right after we bought and put an HP all in one photosmart express printer on the computer. What can be done??

We divorced 7 years ago and she was suppose to be responsible for payments and the loan. She's remarried and I found out that my name is still on the loan and they are behind on the payments which is hurting my credit and I want to purchase a home next year. What action can i take to have myself removed from this loan. It's through the USDA rural development and they say she's suppose to fill out paperwork and she's lied about doing this. I want to sue her or send her a letter forcing her to refinance the home....any ideas??? They live in the state of mississippi.
