when we turn tv on in morning for about 30 minutes there isn't a whole picture,almost 1/3 of picture is black sanyo 46" lcd hdtv what should I do it is only 8months old

I have seen all this crap about helping this one and that one are disabled people getting any help are they just being left out to dry,as usual?

I have a brown spot on my eye.

I have had lasik surgery on my eyes, I have never had any trouble with right eye.

This spot doesn't bother me most of the time, lately though it feels like a small gravel in it.

I assume it is the flap they cut, I don't have eye insurance so I can't go to doctor.
