My water broke at 24 weeks and 5 days. I was on hospital bed rest for 66 days. When my daughter was born doctors discovered that she had several birth defects involving her lungs, trachea, pulmonary arteries and heart. She lives for only 66 days. Do you know anything about the odds of pprom being greater if the baby has birth defects? I had two normal, healthy pregnancies prior to this.

We have two kids already but I was pregnant and my water broke early. I spent 10 weeks in the hospital on bedrest and my daughter was born with a lot of birth defects we didn't know about ahead of time. She passed away at 9 weeks old. He doesn't want another baby for a year but I can't wait. I hurt so much. I have an iud now, I want to take it out and get pregnant.

I am worried about a breathing treatment I forgot to give a year and a half ago- What have people had thier rn or lvn licenses suspended or revoked over?

About a year and a half ago I was an lvn ( I am now an RN) working three jobs going to school full time. I was working at a nursing home on an AM shift. A patient complained of Shortness of Breath. The Director of Nurses told me to call the doctor, send the patient to the ER, and give her a breathing treatment. I assessed the patient, and told the doctor. He said to give her a xanax she was having anxiety My boss was very upset that I hadn't sent her to ER. I documented that I spoke with the doctor, gave the xanax, and the breathing treatment. However, on the way to give the breathing treatment I was sidetracked and I never got to do it. My DON asked me three times if I gave it- the first two times I told her that I had, the last time I admitted that I hadn't done it yet. She became very confrontational so I basically had an anxiety attack, counted with the other nurse, and told my boss I was quitting. I clocked out and left. So they reported me to the board of nursing and now a year and a half later I am being investigated. What should I do?

So, I realize this is a long shot but I have about 50 thousand dollars in student loans. I am seriously considering surroget motherhood or bankruptcy. If you have any extra cash on hand, hows abouts floatin' it my way?
