The though of laying down in bed with a sleep mask on or shades and some nice music (premade playlist) at the peak of the roll is interesting. So does anyone know if this is fun? Or has tried it? I'm a guy with alot of muscle and a good bit of fat. I can go topless and be comfortable my man boobs are flattish/muscular. The thing is i want to be skinny because I love skinny jeans. I lift weights and I stopped about 2 weeks ago because I dont want to be big anymore Im currently 5 foot 8, 180 lbs. I can bench 225 for 8 reps it took me so much work to build up to that point but Im giving it all up. Whats the safest way to lose alot of muscle and have the body of a slender man with skinny legs not bulky. My thighs are pretty big I have fat over decently built quads. Can anyone help me out? Im thinking I can just run 1 mile a day until I build up to about 5-6 miles and do long jogs to ware muscles out.

I only do circuit training three times a week so that my muscles can rest, and I am getting amazing results. The past 4 months I have gained over 15 pounds of muscle. The only area not impressive is my abs, Im lean and im able to see them but they look pitiful. To get better abs can I work them out everyday? I mean they are a small muscle group so they should repair quickly right? please help a brother out

anaerobic training and no cardio. I have access to a gym and I bench press every other day, after about 9 days or so Id say my new max (that I can perform 9 reps with) is 155lbs. so i figure I can really do this I can hit up the squats and everything else now that I feel confident. My only problem is I have a hate for cardio, so can I lose weight and get lean by just weight training?

I am having a little problem. Im in college now and I dont want the same rep that I had in high school (the guy who likes to talk dirty). More specifically, I need help with my habit of viewing girls as pieces of meat. I can see a hot girl and just like get a ***** in public its embarrassing when my little friend down there is in an inconvenient position making it obvious. I just went to the movies and saw this low budget movie thats apparently been out for 2 years and is just now being played in theatres nation-wide. I saw it, quite boring for the first 15 minutes. I was like this movie cant possibly be that scary but I continued to watch with an open mind. Then all of a sudden the night scenes started getting good. I mean the footsteps were really scary because you NEVER saw who it was. Genius approach for horror, why show a ghost and be like the cheesy Hollywood horror industry. What you didnt see was the best part especially the loud thuds so instant and mysterious. What did you guys think about the film Im just curious.

I just watched my neighbor shoot a dog and it made my heart skip a beat. He didnt just shoot this stray dog who was on his property, he shot it and let it squirm for a bit and then shot it again. Other people saw it but they seem to be taking it better than I can. Im like sick man this animal just got tortured in front of my eyes squirming for atleast 40 seconds or so. How the hell can I make the images go away I dont want to think about this anymore.

I have been eating 1700 calories a day for the past 3 weeks and Ive lost 16 pounds and part of my diet was a chocolate bar. I ate a chocolate bar every other day or so and it didnt seem to hinder weight loss at all. So I started eating french fries as well. I still lost a total of 4 pounds on week 3 so my mindset is "Its not what you eat but how much." Is that true in a sense? I lost what most try to lose in a month, in 3 weeks by eating a relatively clean diet with a little bit of candy and junk food. Someone tell me if my field of thinking is accurate thanks.

I'm 17 years old and Im 5 foot 10 and like 180 pounds. I am a little fat/muscular. You know like in a football lineback type way. I was wondering, is 17 too young to start bodybuilding? I mean I think Im ready since Im nearly 18 anyways eh? Im not talking about doing a little workout here and there, I mean I want to start lifting heavy, gaining 30 pounds of muscle a year. Not necessarily concerned about body fat percentage but more based on bulking up. I wanna be a big man because I like the idea of me being bigger than the other guys in my class. So what Im asking is, is it possible for me to make muscle gains like an adult since I am already nearly 18? (I make 18 in September). Thanks guys.

I am currently studying colloquial japanese via Pimsleur Japanese courses I,II, and III, (only costed me 190 bucks!) and I am on lesson 9 of course I. it is soo difficult even without the study of writing, so my question is, do japanese girls in hawaii speak a good deal of english? I am a laid back gamer that would rather play old games rather than whats hot today. I own an XBOX 360 and a PSP and I was thinking about trading my psp in for a Nintendo 64 and a couple N64 games. I have never owned one but I know people still say that its a good classic system. Does this make sense? to sell the psp (that I rarely use) for such an old console. Also, would you recommend any other classic system over the N64 such as dreamcast or NES? Thanks alot guys.

I live in New Orleans and I just moved out of my mom's home to an apartment near the Tulane campus. Something very weird happened tonite. I have only been in this apartment for 4 weeks and I have a spider issue. I found a giant brown spider (possibly just a grass spider) and this spider is nearly the size of my hand. I been up all day worrying about this thing and I can't sleep because I sprayed it with roach spray and it ran somewhere and I can't find it. I'm freaked out about this spider what can I do to lure it out? Im shivering at the thought of this thing hopping onto me and biting me. What should I do?

Does anyone here know if it is possible for me to play halo 3 with spanish speakers only? Like is there a setting I can change to make me play people who set their game to spanish?
