Ok, here is the scenario...

Someone puts a car up for bail/bond of $2200. The bails-bondsman has the title of the car. What happens if the bail/bond is violated (example: the person flees the country or is arrested again)? Is there a lien that is placed on the car for the $2200 or do they keep the car regardless of what its worth? Can owner of the car go and pay the $2200 cash to get the car title back?

Serious answers please, any suggestions would be helpful.

I owe about $10,000 in credit card debt and have stopped paying them since September due to economic hardship. I own a car (cash, not financed or leased), can they put a lien on the car, or try to take the car away from me? If they put a lien on my car, how do I pay it if I want to sell the car?

Hi, this is my problem: I have a lengthy macro set up in Access to import a text file on a daily basis. However, this macro only picks up the text file that is indicted with the pathfile (example: C:/My Documents/My Folder/CC081110.txt; and it will not recognize the text file if it is changed on a daily basis. The text file's name actually stands for the date (CCyymmdd.txt). Is there a way for the macro to recognize the change in the name on a daily basis? Possibly a pop up box that allows the user to end the date that would somehow attach to the file name? If you need clarification please let me know. Thanks!

Hi all, I am looking for a simple solution to a currently expensive problem. I live in Florida and need to make calls to Jamaica on a daily basis--this has gotten quite expensive. I have tried using IM for means of communication, but the turnaround time in conversations is way too slow. I have been looking at voice chatrooms, but am unaware of how to use them, and whether they are private or not. I need to be able to have private conversations in a free and limitless environment. I am not sure if a solution even exists, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just downloaded Paltalk but have no idea how to use this. I see that there are several different chat rooms and stuff, but I want to be able to speak to someone one on one via PC for free privately. Anything would help! Thanks!!! Even suggestions to talk for free via phone would help to.

have a family reunion coming up and have lost a significant amount of weight over the past six months. I have almost reached my weight goal and have purchased a very beautiful dress to wear. Obviously, my body is not as fit as it was years ago, but I want to as firm as possible. I have a bit of a tummy still and love handles that I want to smooth out when I wear the dress. Before I purchase a body shaper I wanted suggestions that have worked for you. I have a body shaper that covers just my mid section, but it tends to push my breasts up really high and by butt down, and it gives me a muffin top on my back. The dress is very form fitting, so I don't want strange bulges anywhere. I want to buy a dress body shaper that fits throughout my body. I have heard many strange and unconventional approaches (such as wrapping my body with seran wrap) but am looking for a realistic answer.

Please don't give me smart answers like keep losing weight, I have one week to figure this out!

I got a speeding ticket in Lowndes County, Georgia. I was going 88mph on a 70mph zone (on the I-75). I called the sheriff's office there and they said to mail a money order of $100 to pay for the ticket.

Supposedly, Georgia does not offer the driving school option (like Florida) so the points don't put on my license. Can I go to driving school in Florida so the points don't get put on?

I purchased a brand new Lexus IS250 a couple months ago, and have tan interior. My leather seats are turning dark and I need to know a product I can use to clean it, that is affordable. I have taken my car for detailing before and this costed me $100 at the lexus dealership. I can purchase the lexus cleaner from the dealer at $15 a bottle, but want to know if there is a more economical way of cleaning my seats.

I have considered detailing again, and then purchasing car seats.

I am 21 years old and am a bit overweight. I weigh 170 and need to go down to 135 (at least). I am looking to purchase a treadmill, but have a very tight budget. The cheapest high quality one that I could find is at walmart.com called the Weslo G-30 treadmill selling for $198 + shipping + tax = $262.60. Does anyone know of any other ones that are at this price range and where to buy? Also, does anyone know anything about Weslo treadmills (are they good)?
