I am 16 (17 in 3 months) I weigh 125 lbs. and to me its too much. i really want to lose at least 10 maybe 15 lbs. I want to lose the weight mainly on my thighs and tummy.. I've starved myself before but no more than a week at a time and I just gained it back when I ate again.. what can I eat and what kind of exercises can I do to reach my goal???

i saw a girl with these shoes i really liked. i asked her where she got them and she said journeys. i looked on the website but couldn't find them. please help. they were black and neon colors [green, pink, blue, orange.. etc. i dont remember all the colors exactuly.] and they were double upper hi tops so they looked like they were multi-layerd. like 2 shoes in 1. they were converse not another brand. i have tried everywhere i can think of that they would be. im willing to buy them from someone if need be. please help me find them.

im in 10th grade in high sch. and my bf and i have been going out 4 almost 6 months now...but he dose a couple things i dont feel confortable with and idk if im over reacting or not. about 3 months ago he held hands with a girl...which i had thought he had a thing 4 anyway...and i know holding hands dosnt sound that bad but that was something special to us and i was afraid it would mean someting like that to him...and today he went to his ex-girlfriend's house for a couple hours because he promised he'd take her out once he got his lisenes or something...and i dont trust him because of what he held hands with that girl...and i want to know if i should have let him go 2day? did i do the right thing by giving him a secoend chance?
