Between giving his own company, Halliburton, a sweetheart deal in Iraq to sidestepping all chain of command with CIA dealings, this man (along with Rove) is the most evil, insidious man in our government. What is keeping him in office?

...If they were anonymous? Say we were given letters; candidate A is anti-war, pro universal health-care, and pro lower taxes. B is pro-war, pro tax-cut, and anti-immigrant, Candidate C believes in gay marriage, universal health care, but is pro-war, etc...

If they weren't assigned parties or even given names or faces. How many people do you think would still end up voting for the same person, once name, race, sex, religion, and political party were removed from the mix?

I have periods that are highly irregular; not monthly cycles that vary by day number, but I get about 2-5 periods per year, and have gone as long as fifteen months between them, and as short as 2 weeks. My hormone levels are fine, I'm negative for PCOS (polycystic ovaries). I was an elite athlete through my teen years and am now at a normal body composition, and still my periods only come regularly on birth control. I eat normal amounts of food, and choose healthy items- lots of veggies, plenty of protein, multivitamins, and not much junk food. So far the doctors can find nothing wrong- they only say that the periods are normal for me. Is there anyone out there who has had luck conceiving with wildly irregular periods?

Would the religious world decorate their churches and their homes and their bodies with gun symbols, if Jesus had been shot instead? Or would there be another symbol entirely for Christianity?

My husband and I live in the middle of nowhere, and our sole DSL choice is to get an "air card." This is a wireless antenna that plugs into your laptop, giving you broadband internet anywhere you get cell signal. However, the 50-75 bucks a month that the subscription costs is too pricey for our three laptops plus our regular PC. We'd like to get a router that will allow us to use the signal on all our four computers, with the purchace of one air card. Any techies know where I can find such a beastie?
