Im starting to freak out a little bit, within the last 2 weeks or so, i've noticed a lot of hair loss. Im only 16 years old, but lately my period has been slightly irregular and when im showering my hair just keeps falling out. It's really starting to thin out. Im eating ok, and i don't drink or smoke. What could be the problem and will my hair grow back when it stops falling?

Im going to Sabah in Janurary as apart of a school camping trip and I terrified of the leeches. I will most likely be the crazy girl screaming her head off. So what are some common way to prevent leeches? I've heard of anti-leech socks and tobacco leaves but i have no idea where to get them from. Links? Any other simple ways of preventing them? Oh and one more paranoid thought, what happens if you have your period? :S
