I'm on Sprintec birth control pills. I just started taking the last week of pills, the white ones a few days ago. I've been on my period for 3 days, is it okay to skip the last 2 white pills and start a new pack? Will it shorten my period?

I just started taking Sprintec birth control and i've read around that there's a chance birth control can help at least decrease the difference, Is this true? Is there any exercise or massages i can use on the smaller breast to help even it out? Or could it naturally even out over time?
