I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help me with some info I need to complete a story

It is set in Queens NY, I have never been there so I have little info on the place itself.

Mainly the story revolves around Queens General hospital, I would like some advice on that area.

For instance which is the nearest bad area for crime and low income housing.

Which police precinct is nearest to the hospital...what road would you take to get to and from.

Are there any known areas in which you would not want to live locally to it.

Which area would different people frequent or live in (such as African Americans, Jewish, Spanish etc).

I just need basics to pad the story out, as I said it is set mostly within the hospital.

But the info would help when my characters are moving from one place to another.

If anyone has any time to spare I would be very grateful.

I would of course send them a copy of the story when I have completed it.

Basically I am fed up of eating, I want to have breakfast and just make a shake up twice a day, down it and know that my body's need are taken care of.

I am diabetic (type 2) so not allowed high carbs or sugars.

I also need a lot of calcium due to starting the menopause at 28.

I have been looking through all the superfoods and I cannot tell which to use together.

Can anyone tell me if this would work?

Would this make a shake which I could live on and be healthy?

Oh and please do not tell me to eat a balanced diet, my diet consists of chicken, tuna, salad and fruit and I STILL have high cholesterol and a fat belly (the rest is fine). I never drink soda or alcohol, I do not smoke or take drugs and I am still obese and very annoyed. I can tell the doctors do not believe me when I tell them what I eat. I eat very little and still I am fat!

So I want to try this out for a while and see if anything good happens.

Every night when I try to sleep I lay awake for hours (sometimes until 6am) because my brain will not shut off.

I sometimes count from 1 to 100 very very fast in my head, then begin again.

Sometimes I will sing a line or two from a song over and over again, or simpy "Dooby doodoo doo"

Or I will repeat one or two words (such as when I burnt my finger while lighting my incense stick I said "Bloody thing".

If I have read a book during the day I will see the pages in my head (if I do finally go to sleep I see them in my dreams).

Same if I have used something on the computer such as HTML code...or played a game on it.

I actually tell myself to shut up inside my head, it is as if there is a naughty part of my brain deliberately stopping me from sleeping.

I have been like this since after a car accident, I used to suffer from bad nightmares and my doctors said all this was the way my brain coped with it.

8 years ago I was put on prozac and it stopped this happening, then all of a sudden it started again.

So I was put on Paroxatina, it does not stop it, so I have to have a sleeping tablet as well.

One worked, now I have to have two.

I hate taking so many tablets and I have tried meditation, lavender, herbal teas, eating bananas, warm milk all sorts.

How can I stop the chatter without needing medicines?

I am looking to buy a baby male black and white Tegu.

Cannot find any where I live, only large ones in pet shops.

If you breed Tegus, do you know any fellow breeders in Spain which you can recommend?

Hi does anyone know of any breeders in Spain of the Black & White Argentine Tegu?

This disgusting individual needs to be punished for her actions, she also needs medical attention, she is obviously mentally ill.

How many other animals has she done this too?

This is not reasonable or normal behavior and it is not to be tolerated in decent society.

FIND HER...when you do post her name and address on the internet, phone the RSPCA and the police...local news etc...SHAME her for her actions!

People get laughed at for believing in fairies etc...some get put in mental homes or put on drugs for hearing voices.

People who say they have been taken by aliens get taken the piss of, many people say you are seeing things if you think you saw a UFO.

They say: "I will believe it when I see it".

Mathematically speaking, their is more chance of a human meeting a visitor from another planet than meeting GOD.

There is no more evidence (other than words in a book someone scribed in order to control their people) that God even exists.

So why is it ok to believe in God, when we cannot really prove his existence any more than a fairy or a goblin, the Lock Ness Monster, The Yeti?

Why have so many institutes, lives, etc been built/guided around a premise, something nothing more than fiction?

God has not been seen by us, only by Moses supposedly, who in theory could have been suffering from heat stroke delusions. Millions pray to him yet get no reply, they are ignored.

Catastrophes engulf the planet and God does nothing to stop them, so millions of innocent lives get lost...is there a God?

It is important, I have tried all sorts to find him.

I have recently invented/discovered three very useful ways to put out forest fires...

BUT I have no idea who to tell.

One of the ideas needs a trained person/fire fighter to test it on larger fires.

I have tested the methods on a smaller scale and they work wonderfully.

The methods can be used very cheaply and with no more equipment than they use now.

This morning I read this news headline and it did not shock me, infact it just made me shrug. Are we to expect more vigilante killings?

Has this happened due to our law and order system being weak?

Is it time to bring back the death penalty in cases such as Terrorism, Pedophilia, Brutal rape/murder etc etc.

Is it human nature to weed out the wicked and perverted?

Would you do it?

I know that I would most certainly kill the people responsible for child abuse/child murder (as in the Baby P case), without feeling any remorse. And I say that as a non-violent person myself, I am known for my quiet, fair nature.

How about you?

I would like to know what an everyday person has inside their head in quiet moments...what happens...do you talk to yourself...sing songs...repeat words over and over...or is it still ?

I am an honest person trying to get h'elp for abused and starved animals...

Blair has to keep his buddy happy and he would benefit from his actions after he leaves office. Seems a bit more back itching may be going down.

Bush needs and wants badly to invade Iran just like he did with Iraq. The Pentagon has already drawn up a plan of action against Iran (Bush said, it was just done as a precaution).

Isn't it time that the western world stayed the hell out of other countries affairs?

We wouldn't take kindly to those countries coming over and bossing us around.

Bush wants the oil...I'd like the world to just say: "Bush you are nolonger allowed to bully other countries, if you continue your oil supply will be cut off forever".
