My friend just recently found out she is allergic to Gluten. She's having issues finding food and food brands that are 'Gluten-Free'. Does anyone know of brands that are Gluten-Free? Thanks for your help!

I have a very itchy dog! Lab/Pit mix 10y/o. Her mouth is very itchy. I have a cone on her until she can get into the vet. I also called the local Vet and asked what i can do about it until i can get her in. They told me to give her some Benadryl until i can get her in... is there anything else i can do for her until her visit to the vet? Thank You.

Just before/during my period, my legs hurt. They constantly feel like they need to be stretched and flexed. I have no idea why. Yet, when im walking that feeling goes away. Well im bringing in my dog to the vet today. I think she has Pyoderma, How does a vet usually treat that? i read online with a type of steroid? Will this steroid affect my dogs temperament?

A couple days ago, my dog stepped on something in our new apt. and ever since she has been attacking (biting, licking, nibbling) at her paws. She started to limp on one so i bought her some booties so she will stop licking. I also washed them out with dog shampoo and later in the night rubbing alcohol. When i clean them out, what looks like brown earwax comes out. The booties have kept her from attacking her paws, is there anything else i can do? Thank You.

I was cleaning my room and i saw this little ant like creature with huge pincers on its butt. I did a little research and found out its an earwig. What is an earwig? What do they do? Are they poisonous? How do i get rid of them?

I currently dont have the money to buy ear cleaner for my dog. Is there anything home made i can use in her ears? I have dog shampoo but it says not to use in the dogs ears. Any help would be great! thanks!

I have a Morgan horse, he is about 18 or 19 years of age. When i got him he had 90 days training in Montana (the only training he has had). When i got him he was still a little green, now that i have had him a year this June, he has gotten much better under the saddle. Now here is our dilemma, he came back from Montana using a snaffle, it was to weak for him. He has a very soft mouth though, so I bought him a level 1 Myler Swivel Shank. He learned to bend with it (which is good) but he is still very head strong. Should I buy a more aggressive bit? I would LOVE to use a hackamore on him, but I am to afraid he'll take off on me. Any suggestions would be lovely. Thank you for your help. :)
