does anyone know wht nodules are caused by and why people with arthritis get them. all my lymph have them all up my arms on the inside at the top of my legs groin...what is it??? why are they there??? what is the association with arthritis...like rumatoid arthritis and do i need to do anything baout it..

for enzyme activity and how long and do they sit in the milk. some say over night do they mean at 88 degrees the whole night or let it cool. also is it possible to make mozzerella cheese or does it not channge the proteins into such long chains as calves rennet hence making it improbable that a stringy cheese will result? scientific or experiential answers prefered. thanks
