  • Why do I remember some things well, and not others?

    I am an exceptionally fast learner with better than excellent data retention skills. When I read, hear, or see things, I can almost exactly regurgitate it at a later time. However, when asked things about my history, my childhood, or events that have recently occurred, I rarely remember accurately the details or even the main idea of what happened. Why is this? Can I work on it?

  • I wake up congested every day. Why?

    Every morning, I wake up with my nose clogged. It sucks. We change the air filter in the house regularly. I am allergic to cats, but don't have a cat, and we vacuum regularly as well. My apartment is not dusty. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the fact that I run my ceiling fan and a desk fan for the noise at night to help me sleep. Why does this happen to me? Are there any NON-PHARMACEUTICAL ways to help me ease my congestion?
