I just washed this like spot of what ever off my hand and now it hurts am I going crazy cause there is no mark it just feels weird

so my mom won't let me wear tampons and I'm constantly worried about bleeding through I'm 13 and can't buy my own I feel awkward and uncomftorbal sitting in my own blood all day and I'm also an athlete I play softball and I'm going into cheer and I can't run in those plzzzz help

So I slammed my finger in a door and I have had these blood pockets on my cudicals and I was washing posish off that finger and I pushed to hard on my nail and it is bleeding like crazy (two much for a band aid)
